Amazing makeup tool!
I use these to apply baking powder and finishing powder. I am impressed at the very small amount of product remaining on the puffs as compared to other expensive puffs. All the product goes onto my skin. A great buy!

They are flat, but after a few days they puff up
These do come flat because they are vacuum sealed, but if you leave them open for a few days they will puff up. Washing them also puffs the cotton on the inside. They’re a good purchase.
