I read about this supplement Qist Al-Hindi (Saussurea Costus) which has many benefits. I bought this to treat my cold and cough. I mixed this one capsule of Qist with Honey and made it into a fine paste. After mixing honey it tastes very acceptable. I took a half teaspoon of the mixture twice a day, and it did cure the cough.
