I am impressed by this table mini set of pepper and salt mills by Cole and Mason. It is classy and beautiful. It sounds small, but it contains a lot. I like the way it grinds, not too thin or too coarse. You cannot set the diameter you want. Yet, it is the best set to stay on the table during the week. Something classier might be better for formal diners, but it is the perfect set for everyday meals. Easy to refill, and to use. Very inexpensive for such a beautiful and great quality.

Really really tiny. Maybe enough content for a plate or two. Cute, but not practical for me. Would be fun to put on the table for young children.

I wanted a grinder where I could grind a few spices like cloves, papaya seeds, coriander seeds, etc., but the spice grinders I have purchased in the past were terrible, and I wanted something small enough for spices. This was just what I wanted and it’s super cute! 👌🏼

Belong in a doll house, so small

We’ve been having outside dinners with friends with tables spaced far apart. I bought a second set of these so that each table has its own salt and pepper grinders. They’re small but work quite well, and they’re at home with casual dinnerware or something more upscale. Very pleased and would recommend highly.

I had to dump out the salt that came with the shaker because it was impossible for my 80 year old mom to turn the grinder at all. I even struggled. I filled with kosher salt, that is almost ground to start with, and it was still not easy. The pepper is also challenging, but not as bad. Both are not great if you actually want to put salt or pepper on quickly. Not a lot comes out. You need to turn many times. They are cute, but not practical at all.

My SIS had a set of these tiny grinders at Thanksgiving and I had to have a set for myself. Quite sturdy - they don't feel lightweight or fragile and both do their job perfectly. Great size to have on the table instead of taller shakers that I always manage to tip over :-/ Great value for money.
