Best customer service I’ve received in a long time
Easily the best customer service experience- first and foremost the matches are SO cute! We’re giving them with custom candles at a baby shower and they’re absolutely perfect. USPS delivered it late and so I reached out to the seller thinking it was lost and not delivered, the day of reaching out it arrives, so I messaged again apologizing and telling them the issue is resolved- they STILL apologized and offered compensation or assistance. I was genuinely blown away at the kindness all because of a minor inconvenience that was completely out of their control. Will definitely be a return customer

Good decor!
Okay these are really cute for decor but if you actually want to use them be warned because overtime they tend to gain moisture and the pink stuff just falls off when you try to light it. It’s super weird! So I just use mine for decor. But it’s super cute decor tho!

These things are tiny and skinny. I’m going off first impressions and I haven’t even lit them yet but after reading the reviews, it doesn’t look like I’ll have much luck there either and it took 2 1/2 weeks to get these. It took so long I didn’t even realize what was in the mailbox until I opened it.
