I'm not a pro, but the item seems to work fine; it is able to securely hold a #80 drill bit (0.34 mm) as advertised. However, parts of the item description are either unclear or incorrect, so to clarify: (1) I received ONE drill chuck, which is the smaller of the two (50 mm long) pictured in the second photo. (2) Based on extensive materials analysis (aka checking with cheap refrigerator magnet) all parts of this item are made of different types of steel, NOT aluminum. (3) The mass of the item is 13.6 grams, NOT 0.02 kg. (4) I don't believe the description mentions country of origin, so FYI the inner packaging of the item indicates that it was made in Taiwan.

Works great for what it’s intended for, I seen some reviews complaining it broke well it’s not meant to go hog wild with large bits, this is a great attachment for small drill bits and it works as intended.

This really helps with very small drill bits but it seemed to be off just a minute amount from being perfectly centered. Still worked well for my purpose.

My drill press chuck can't grip the smaller bits in my 0-60 numbered drill bit set. This adapter solves that issue. I have not used it yet, but the adapter appears to be well made.

I finally found a way to use small diameter drills in my cordless drill. I put the small drills in this drill chuck and then put this drill chuck in my cordless drill. It works! No more putting tape on a small drill bit shank to make it big enough to fit in my cordless drill.

Only good for light duty drilling. It did not hold the bit for light metal.

The mini adapter does not handle a 1/32" drill bit gracefully. Even after resetting it several times the chuck could not grip the bit in a way that allowed it to drill a hole. The bit it was gripping span for a little and then the chuck rotated around the bit in question and just polished its backside. Even when i feathered the input on the lowest settings to give it a chance to pilot a notch for itself it couldn't overcome the friction when too much of the bit was surrounded by material. I applied the same 1/32" bit to the larger1.5-6mm Alloy LaBear chuck I happened to also purchase from this page and it worked flawlessly despite a 1/32" bit being outside its suggested size range. While a 1/32" bit is about 0.8mm so I have very little faith this will gracefully machine out more narrower applications with mini cobalt bits.

Handy to have when you have only your impact driver available for drilling small holes
