Medium Super Beehive Frames with Wax Foundations, 10 Pack Honey Bee Frames with Beeswax Coated Food Grade Foundation Sheets, 6-1/4-Inch (Yellow)

These MayBeeframes came unassembled with 20 side supports (one for each side), 10 toprails, 10 bottom rails, & 10 prewaxed foundation sleeves & plenty of nails. Assembly waseslf-explanatory, though there were enclosed instructions with pictures. It was quick & very easy! I used wood glue, a ryobi brad nailer, 1 1/2" brads (instead of the enclosed nails) to put them together. But, a person could easily use a hammer & the nails provided to assemble them. They all fit together perfectly with no warping, or misfitting pieces. It was too easy! The wax foundations are very wax-y. I bought the yellow waxed ones. Compared to others I have previously purchased from amazon, the wax coverage is better. You can feel there's a good coating & you can actually smell the wax when you open the box. Can't wait for the new tenants to move in! Total time spent assembling 10 frames: <30 minutes. Skill level: Novice. Finished product: Excellent! Will purchase again.

I have been in the bee business for over 20 years, and have bought frames and kits from many companies, until I made my own assembly line for bee equipment, this kit is the BEST I have ever purchased, I don't do my own anymore as I am winding down the business, I only do what I need to do to keep the bees healthy and alive, and if I ever need anymore frame kits this company is the only one worth the money, every thing fit perfect and the finish on the wood pieces was like a piece of furniture, very impressed, I was given nothing for this review.

Easy to put together. The bees took no time to build on them. Very sturdy and durable to add to our hives. We have already purchased more! Great price and material

Quality wood used on frames. Very good tight joint notches. Foundation is a little thinner than name brand foundation. I don't believe the bees will care . I always coat it with extra wax if I have it. Price is very good and delivery is fast. I will buy these frames in the future.

I needed to make room to stop a swarm. I needed frames quick!y. I ordered these before and worked out nicely. They have a thin coat of wax to help bees built comb. They even shipped to my house the next day.

We needed these when during a biweekly inspection, we noticed that our overachieving hive had filled up most of the bottom box quicker than we expected. We already had the actual box for the Super, however we didn't have enough frames so we picked these up. The bees don't seem to mind building on these, however we did use a small paint roller and melted beeswax to lay a thicker foundation on these just to be sure. I used a pneumatic nailer and stapler along with glue to put these together they ended up very sturdy. Honestly, they did what they're meant to do, got here quick and at a reasonable price. Haven't seen any issues so far.

The wooden frames and the plastic foundations were mixed up in the box like i really need to clean the foundations from some few wood Sawdust The quality is fine
