How well would this mic hold up for a group fitness instructor?

We used it for a stage actors' mic. It was very dependable. I think it would hold up just fine for a fitness instructor.

Can i check if it works with shure mxw1/o z11 body-pack transmitter? i got some working shure compatible earsets but all just don't work with mxw1/o.

These were a great replacement for the headsets we had. I found some name-brand for $89, but took a chance. These worked with my older Sure receivers.
