The product was unusable - once received, the packaging/ bag appeared to have been slashed open prior to shipping, then was put into another bag, then that bag shoved into a box (which was not very sturdy) then the whole thing wrapped up entirely in tape in a very odd way. Inside the powder had poured out all over and is very fine and sticky and so when opened it poured out all over the floor and counter. Since it was not sealed in delivery and more than half of it was on the floor immediately the product was unusable.
