I usually hate doing a colon cleanse because of the level of discomfort I experience. This was the first time taking this product, and I am so pleased with the results. The seller of this product gives you a special hand they recommended that you take it with a full glass of water with some lemon juice. I’m not sure what the lemon juice does but I know it kills acid in your stomach maybe that helps him out in that way I’m not sure. After suffering with constipation for years, I read the reviews on this product and decided to use it. It has been one week since I started the cleanse. I have to say, it definitely works to get things moving. I took 6 pills at night before bed, woke up about 3AM every night running to the bathroom. After returning to bed, five minutes later I’m running to the bathroom again. In the morning, making my way downstairs to the kitchen, I end up running to the bathroom again. Coming out of the bathroom, take 10 steps and I’m running back in. This happened every morning. A handicap person would definitely mess their pants. You get little warning before running to the restroom. I am up early in the morning at 6 AM, so by 9 AM I am finished in the bathroom. I am able to go about my day without worrying about being close to a restroom. What I can say, is my stomach was hard and fall when I started taking this, but now it has flattened out quite a bit. I feel much better than I have in a long time. I have more energy and my stomach doesn’t hurt all the time. This cleanse will start cleaning out the big stuff and you will end up towards the end of the week with watery liquid shooting out of you. But you will feel emptied. I am happy with the results and I will definitely be using this to maintain. Whoever said said there is no urgency to run to the restroom is ridiculous. If you’re using this, it might be a good idea to wear an adult diaper in the morning. I have used the herbal cleansing and it worked but there were a lot of cramps to the point I was thinking I need to go to the hospital. This is definitely the way to go if you can stay home in the morning and don’t mind getting up in the middle of the night. Oh and don’t ever trust a fart 😫

These products are amazing! I can always count on using them to help when I have the occasional extra bloating and need to have a cleanse. They work as directed. Make sure to drink plenty of water and stay hydrated.

This really works take 4 pills 2 bottles once you take it give 3 hours and boy things are coming out smells you will feel lighter stay close to bathroom For
