Recent breast reduction surgery. I’ve been miserable and in so much pain since day of surgery. The bras I was given from hospital were horrible. I wish I had known about this bra before I went in for surgery. Received my new bra yesterday. Worn it for 24 hours now. I LOVE IT. My pain level has decreased by 50% at least since I put it on. I am only 10 days out from surgery so I still have two very painful areas that keeping the surgical padding in place actually still helps but I suspect that can be taken away very soon. This bra is well made, very soft fabric that sits comfortably against my skin. No rubbing or irritation being caused to incision areas. It keeps everything in compression mode like the Dr said I need to do, but not overly tight to where you can’t breathe or have to unhook the bra in order to be comfortable . I am 57 years old, 5.3 and approx 155 lbs. I purchased the large. It is worth the money. The bottom band goes well below the incisions under breasts. I do have to pull it down sometimes but not continuously. If I could change anything about this bra it would be that the lower band be extended even lower so that it sits more around the upper stomach area instead of the bottom of rib cage. The way it sits feels like it is about 2 inches short of the perfect designed bra. All that being said. If you are going in for breast reduction surgery I suggest and highly recommend this bra. It will change your recovery to a more positive experience and massively reduce your pain levels. I love the adjustable straps with the hook and eyes. It makes it very simple to adjust without having to remove the bra, or remove clothing to adjust. I have adjusted several times due to swelling and then again when swelling dissipates a bit. I was a bit concerned when I read all the reviews about it how the hook and eyes on the shoulder straps would pan out. Although I do see what those who have had problems are referring to, in my experience as long as the strap is secured I have had zero issues so far. It is comfortable to sleep in and did not restrict my breathing or cause any kind of interruptions during the night. There was absolutely no bad smell or unpleasant smell at all when I opened from the box. Although some reviews had commented about receiving used bras, my bra was packaged well and obviously had never been used or tried on by anyone else. I did notice in review photos by some with messed up straps and bent hook and eyes. The only thing I can think that happened is perhaps they washed their bras in the washing machines or the bra they purchased was to small of size for what they needed? The way this fits I can definitely tell if I had gotten a medium it would have been to small and would definitely be uncomfortable and cause excess tension and pulling on seams and strap areas. Make sure you measure and get the correct sizes. If you’re purchasing for surgery purposes please know that swelling, causing need for larger bra will most definitely be a factor for a while so purchase size up not down if in question.

So this is my second time having breast augmentation. The first time I tried several bras, this one was by far the best. It has support & compression. The fit is spot on and the material is perfect & comfortable. I have incisions on the side of chest under both arms and this bra still works perfectly. I came back for a new one this time, again I have the same opinions. Great post surgical bra.

Very good post-breast augmentation bra. I bought this after having a breast reduction and lift. It offers great support and keeps them in place. The bra comes down just beneath the “t zone” which is nice because that prevents the bra from rubbing on the incisions. However, you will have to pull it back down periodically. The bra is made of a soft and smooth fabric and it’s nearly invisible under my shirts except for when I stuff it with non-stick bandages (like in my picture). There are a lot of hooks to prevent gaps and I’ve found that it’s less painful and easier to get on when I’m lying down. This bra is far superior to the one they sent me home in. As far as sizing, I upsized what I normally would wear and it fits well. My only complaint was a strong odor for about the first 24 hours.

This is made very well and the fabric is really nice. The support is excellent. It looks good under clothes. The band at the bottom is too narrow and rode up a bit. It rubbed on my anchor scar from my breast lift making it uncomfortable at times. If you haven't had a lift and just augmentation, this is a very very good option. If I had only had an augmentation, this would have been 5 stars.

I had a breast reduction with lift that left me with extensive incisions. I’m 5’3”, 142 lbs. My pre surgery bra size was 36DD with a post op goal of 36C. I ordered the large which was a good fit. My pre surgery size was my first week post surgery size due to swelling. The bra gave good compression on the loosest setting for me. As the swelling decreases I have been able to go to a tighter setting to maintain the needed compression. The adjustable shoulders help with putting the compression in the right place and maintaining the necessary support for the lift. Only downside is there are so many hooks! Keep in mind you will need help getting dressed for a good while post surgery. I had very strict instructions that limited me to “t-Rex” style arms meaning no raising my arms up or out, forward or back but I could bend them at the elbow for 1 month. No pushing, pulling, or lifting more than 5 lbs for 2 months. I had to have my daughter and husband help me with dressing changes, putting on and closing the bra and dressing. So the many hooks is a lot when someone else is doing it for you.

It’s AMAZING! I have used other 2 brands found in amazon for a post breast lift and this one is the best and more affordable one!!! Great support. The fabric looks thick and well made. Just follow their wash recommendations which are to hand wash and do not tumble dry and you will love it!!!

Bought this for post op breast reduction. Got a size Large, I’m supposed to be a DD and this fits great. My dr recommended I put it on the tightest setting for the best compression post op. I like how I can make it less tight on my rib cage. I like how it goes up more in my armpit and on my chest, that’s what the Dr recommended. UPDATE: after wearing for 2-3 weeks I have to say I’m SO disappointed. I’ve taken great care of it and hand wash and hang dry but the band constantly rolls under my breast!!! I cannot stand it! I can’t keep it from rolling at all and it’s starting to irritate my incision area. I’ve googled how to make it stop curling and I can’t find anything except to buy another bra.
