Great tool for people suffering from lower back pain . If you have herniated disks or sciatica pain radiating down your leg this is something that can help you . I have used in for 6 months and it has done wonders for stretching and strengthening my back muscles.

I had bought a few back stretchers for pain relief and this is the one! I use this daily, I call it my daily traction. It really helps get the crinkle out of my back. I've had back challenges for years, and this really helps! My back feels elongated, I'm getting my natural arch back and I have more freedom. This plus my yoga, pilates, isometrics and PEMF are winners for me!

I don't have any medical condition per se, but I have been experiencing slight back pains for the past year or two. If I stretch my back, I'm okay for that moment, but the pain comes back immediately. So I tried getting this back stretcher thing. I was actually skeptical when getting it, but I figured it'll help me with my posture, so I got it, and it works better than I expected. It does feel uncomfortable at first but after 5 or 10 minutes, I think it was, I got up and was pleasantly surprised to find that slight back pain I've been having without really being aware of it, was gone. Before I'd do the back stretcher thing, I'd be moving around a bit gingerly, which I hadn't know I was doing until I used the back stretcher and the unnoticeable pain had gone away and I could move freely. I slacked off doing it so I'm back to moving around gingerly, but just knowing that there's something that'll give me relief from my slight back pain and immobility is a huge relief. I wouldn't go around recommending the product to everyone only because everyone has different back issues, and I'm sure this product is not end-all solution to everything. I will just say that this works for me.

This back stretcher is great. I was using foam roller but this is easier on my back.

To a good product, no value for the money, hurt my back, no comfort using, very small, and when Returned Was charged shipping and I returned myself. Still fighting it. Not worth it.

This is a soft support to lie on. It seemed to place traction on my back. I have Scoliosis and my back isn't straight and symmetrical. There was discomfort after a minute, but I want to continue to use it to loosen tight fascia.

I suffer from tightness along my spine and have been receiving chiropractic care for a lower back issue. I no longer had time to get to the chiropractor, let alone a masseuse. My back was paying a heavy price. Out of slight desperation I ordered this back stretcher. I have only had it for a few days and my back has loosened tremendously. Surprisingly, this device is also coming pretty close to what my chiropractor was doing for about 1/1000th of the price. It cannot replace my chiropractor but it definitely can at least bring me some relief. The instructions are kind of funny. They tell you not to use it more that 10 minutes at a time but at the same time say you can sleep with it. I have been sticking to 10 minutes.
