Love the taste and easy to use

I've been a Jarrow customer about a decade. This is a superior product! I have the MTHFR gene (confirmed via blood test), which means I cannot absorb B12 as cyanocobalamin (which is synthetic, FYI) nor folic acid. I CAN absorb methylcobalamin and methylfolate. I was getting peripheral neuropathy (I'm not diabetic), so I had my vitamin B12 levels tested via blood, and they were at the lowest end of the normal range. I ordered this item, take one per day, and I've had 50% improvement of symptoms in 1 month. My labs have not been repeated yet due to insurance issues, but this is not a placebo effect. Previously, I was tripping more and stubbing my toes more, to the point I had to take stairs one at a time while looking at the stairs and holding the railing (which didn't allow me to carry much, so lots of time wasted with multiple trips up and down) because I couldn't "feel" the ground through my shoes; yet when I stubbed my toes it hurt like heck. My life has improved so much in 1 month. I will continue to take it until my insurance will pay for follow up labs or, if I'm lucky, I can reverse the neuropathy completely.

This has the most bioavailable forms of B12 and B1. Rather not I did not have any B6 because it is not metabolized so easily and is commonly overdosed on. Nice that it uses xylitol. Throw one under the tongue and I get a booster of energy.

Imagining the actual vitamins will work just fine (just started using) and the orange-y taste on these is delicious, but if you struggle with arthritis or anything with your hands the top is extremely difficult to get open.

These are surprisingly tasty, I take them with my kid and we both actually enjoy them. It almost feels like a treat rather than a supplement. They’re also very gentle on the stomach, no discomfort after taking them. Considering the quality of the ingredients, the price is really reasonable. Overall, very happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend.

I like how they are the chewable kind and they taste good. I will know forsure if they are helping when I get lab work done again.

I was recently diagnosed with the MTHFR gene mutation that has caused me some minor medical issues. My dermatologist recommended I find a methyl folate supplement to ease my symptoms. I tried several until I found this Jarrow formula methyl folate. It is an easy to chew tablet and I believe it metabolizes quite well for me. I usually take only one a day but if I have consumed enriched wheat, I usually have to take two.

This taste well and works well. I won't have labs results to see how well it works for 3 months, but it does appear to be as described. Shipped and arrived on time.

Estava com a memória muito ruim, esquecia coisas importantes durante o trabalho. No terceiro dia tomando esta vitamina, já percebi a diferença: melhorou muito minha memória. Recomendo muito, quem comprar não vai se arrepender.
