Really good. I have very little knowledge of nutrition so this helped me in the right direction. Get the plate for portion control as well.

I was very disappointed with this product. It reads " playing cards" there is nothing playful about them. I run a Nutrition group and was looking forward to playing games with them. Again, very misleading!👎🏼

I LOVE the fitdeck exercise cards. I'm much less impressed with the nutrition cards. There aren't very many of them for the price and I think most of the information on them is easily available for free. I would have liked something that gave me a "mix and match" meal building strategy or something.

I appreciated the timely fashion in which I received this purchase and was pleased that it came in brand new condition as advertised. The cards seem to have good information and facts on them that I feel will be beneficial to my students and better help me teach.

I ordered this expecting something different -- these are good guides to nutrition - and for those who don't mind using plastic, the plate and cup could be useful -- but I expected something more along the lines of the other FitDeck products -- where you draw cards to plan your exercises -- I thought this would be more along the lines of drawing cards to plan your meals. And I wasn't interested in the plate or cup -- and didn't see those as being part of the product ordered.
