By far the best headphones I've tried in a noisy co-working environment
I needed a headset with a microphone that would reduce co-workers conversations being heard by those I was calling. These certainly don't disappoint. I went as far as asking colleagues if they could hear any noise at all from someone sat next to my, talking rather loudly. They tell me they couldn't hear a thing. This version isn't the Teams Certified version, yet when I use it with Teams, it's recognised as Certified by the Team app. As such, the Boom Mic levered up mutes the Mic and also mutes it in the Teams app. As does the handy mute button on the boom arm itself. The headset also has lights which light up depending on whether you're on a Teams call. The only thing that appear to be different from the Teams Certified version is the Teams button which launches the Teams app, or can be long-pressed to raise your hands in a Teams call. Neither of which I'm bothered for. The active noise cancellation is not too bad - i can still hear co-workers (even if colleagues on my call can't, thanks to the noise cancelling mics), but its certainly a massive improvement on having no active noise cancelling. As these aren't closed cup over-the-ear, I wouldn't expect any better. The USB dongle is great - huge range and no troubles through 2 brick walls. The wired charging is micro USB which is a bit disappointing (and indeed a surprise) nowadays. That said, I'll likely rarely use it as the charging cradle itself is usb-c. The only other thing to mention is that these are seriously comfortable... no issues wearing them for a full working day.

Flimsy and slippy
After extensive research I bought these as heralded one of the best office based headsets. I was looking for one for webex use with my computer. I was attracted to it because it was wireless, the charge dock, positive reviews on noise cancellation and many reviews showed the audio and mic quality was very good. But on getting the headset out the box it feels very flimsy and that it could break very easily. That aside; I put it on my head to try it and the ear pads slipped down off my head. I tried adjusting the headband in all the ways it could be adjusted and I found that the headband and / or ear pads just kept slipping out of place. I found that any slight movements of my head made this headset slide off my ears making it highly irritating to wear. After 5 mins of trying I gave up. This isn’t comfortable enough for a £200+ headset. The £10 wired one I have already is more comfortable. Very disappointing.

Worse than the Voyager Focus 1, in all but one way.
Random restarts, random disconnects. I had the Voyager Focus UC (1st gen) and it was amazing, until someone sat on them. I bought this newer version, and apart from having a longer bluetooth range; this is a far inferior product. Avoid.

Really amazing headphones, good noise cancellation. Nice charging stand . Mute and unmute work seamlessly via button touch . Highly recommended for office users who are 8-10 hours in calls . Comfortable and not painful to your ears.
