Very Good & Fresh Cardamon
If you like cardamon this value size is a sure winner. They're well sealed, they smell and taste fresh, are large sized, and overall a good value for the money.

Plump and fragrant pods
Surprisingly, though these cardamom pods smell fresh and fragrant, their scent is very different from the warm and mellow scent of other organic cardamom pods I've been buying for years. These cardamom pods have a sharper, almost peppery scent. But as I usually just crush a few pods to add to my coffee while brewing, I didn't think the unexpected scent would be an issue. And it wasn't -- my coffee tasted delicious. But I'll be interested in whether the peppery scent persists when I grind the seeds for use in sweet things like cakes and cardamom cookies. As noted in the product descriptions, the pods are larger and more plump than those I've bought in the past, and they appear to be fresh, and good value as well. I was just surprised when I opened the package to not be greeted by the usual cardamom scent that's a major part of the spice's appeal for me, which is why I gave them only four stars.

Another must have for authentic recipies
This spice is in almost any Indian recipe I have seen. There is no substitute for its aroma and flavor. This, along with fenugreek, mango powder and others have elevated my at home Indian recipe cooking more than I anticipated. Good stuff.

Got here on time

Poor Quality And No Refund
Very poor quality product with no resolution from company. The person I was messaging with did take time to respond but im out the time and money. Issues with this are high percentage of withered brown pods that are not able to be used and what appear to be boring insect or weavil infest. Probably 30 percent were brown and dried up. Many of the green pods were full of small pin holes which you should not see in a fresh high quality product. Something must have gotten into this batch. I will throw everything out as it is not udeful.

Good source of fiber
I don’t know much about cardamom pods. They seemed like they were good. I did notice that inside the pod some seeds were black, but some were brown. Otherwise, I was happy with the purchase.
