Update on Me First Living Premium Turmeric. After having been tested for everything and anything, regarding my weird symptoms, I have gotten all my results back, even the biopsies from my Colonoscopy/Endoscopy exams. Aside from Acute Gastritis, and a small Hiatal Hernia, I'm in great health. Nothing showed up to explain the severe symptoms I was suffering from. So I took it upon myself to make some changes on my daily lifestyle regimen. I have always eaten and followed a pretty clean diet, so the changes are not so drastic. Started juicing celery every AM, 16 oz every morning on an empty stomach. And almost immediately I started feeling better. Along with the celery juice, I incorporate throughout the day, lemon water, cucumber juice, and loads of veggies and fruits. In the morning after my celery juice I take my vitamins, my B12, my Ionic Zinc, and last but not least my Premium Turmeric supplement. I have to say that I feel so much better, I feel energized, and my sleep has improved as well. I had a rash that appeared on my wrist, and it wouldn't go away, no matter what I tried. Since starting with the above-mentioned supplements and juices, the rash has cleared. I like the fact that the addition of Bioperine in the Me First Living Turmeric, helps increase the absorption of the curcumin, thus making it more effective. So I took a break from the Turmeric initially, then slowly started reintegrating it in my daily regimen, I re-purchased, and have been extremely satisfied ever since. I'm only giving this supplement 3 Stars, not because it isn't satisfying or it is not effective, but because I haven't had a chance to really give it the amount of time that should be given, for any product for that matter, for an honest & unbiased opinion. I started taking the Me First Living Premium Turmeric Curcumin Supplement shortly after it arrived, unfortunately not much time had passed from when I had started taking them, that I started having really weird, off the charts symptoms in the middle of the night, that mimicked a heart attack, but it wasn't a heart attack.... It's really difficult to explain.. I have undergone all sorts of tests, labs, Scans,,, all to no avail... doctors are stumped.. In order for me and the Docs to pinpoint a diagnosis, I had to stop all medications, vitamins & supplements, and in no way shape or form am I saying that the Me First Living Premium Turmeric Curcumin Supplement is the cause for these symptoms. The symptoms I have been accusing are totally unrelated ...The few days I did take the supplement I did feel my energy levels slightly increased... but I will need more time when all the dust has settled, to hopefully give this product the honest, unbiased opinion it deserves...and that is why, currently I am only giving 3 Stars...

This brand has the highest level of curcuminoids (the important part) of any turmeric supplement I've tried, plus bioperine to help it absorb well into your body. It's effects are noticeable... I have better skin and hair, and less inflammation in general. In my opinion, this is the only turmeric supplement worth buying.

I ordered this product because Dr. Oz said on his show that Turmeric Curcumin was a good way to treat depression without all the side effects of normal Rx anti-depressants. He said that it needed to have 95% Curcuminoids and black pepper extract. He also said that you should take 500mg twice a day. This product met all the requirements that he said was needed. He said that if it works for you, you would start to see results somewhere between 2 week and 2 months. Full results wouldn't be seen until after 2 months. I've only been on them for 3 weeks but I'm starting to feel a little better so I'm going to reorder more. I also noticed that my menstrual cramps were a little less intense and I didn't have to take as much Ibuprofen as I normally have to. I'm sure this is because it's a natural anti-inflammatory. There is a strong spicy flavor & smell to the pills, but I've not had any heartburn with them. I do think it's a little over priced and I wish it was on Amazon Prime (those are the only reasons I didn't give it 5 stars). They sent a promotional offer with my first order that said if I wrote a honest review of their product on Amazon and than emailed them that they would send me a promotional code to receive a free bottle of Turmeric Curcumin with my next order. I thought that was an awesome deal so here I am writing my first Amazon product review. Overall I've been very pleased with this product.

( MEANT TO PUT FEB 6TH 2018... not 2017).... Ok people, I NEVER write a review on ANY PRODUCT!!!! BUT,,, let me tell you what this product has done for my husband... My husband had psoriasis come up on his head and body around 10 years ago... We spent lots of money going to dermatologists and on topical creams.. we WILL not try the "pharmaceutical" drugs, that you take by mouth, because of ALL OF THE DANGEROUS side effects!!!! ... So, just before Christmas 2017, my husband was at his wits end... all the itching, dead skin EVERYWHERE... the skin building up and busting open and bleeding.. It was NIGHTMARE!!!!.. WE TRIED EVERY OINTMENT on the market... ALL of the natural concoctions... WE SPENT A FORTUNE!!! With NO HELP!!! So, I had done TONS of online research over the years and I DO NOT know how I MISSED this info!!! ... I saw where "Turmeric" was great for healing skin... I read where some Turmeric can hurt the stomach and the body will not absorb it... THIS is why I got THIS kind of Turmeric.. TURMERIC CURCUMIN WITH BIOPURINE.. ALL NATURAL... . Ken started taking 2 pills every morning on Dec 27th 2017.. WE SAW A HUGE DIFFERENCE in his skin in ONLY 3 WEEKS!!!!! ... Today is Feb 6 th, 2017 and IT'S ALL GONE !!!! His skin still is a shade darker on his back where it was SO bad!!! His head WAS covered all around where his cap fit and THERE IS NO sign on psoriasis AT ALL!!!! I WISH I HAD TAKEN A BEFORE PIC!!! ... I'm telling you, IF you have psoriasis, YOU GET THIS AND TAKE TWO A DAY... NO SIDE AFFECTS ( for Ken anyway, every ones body is different).... PLEASE, PASS THIS ON TO ANYONE WHO SUFFERS FROM PSORIASIS!!! THEY WILL BE FOREVER GRATEFUL, I PROMISE !!!!!!! ...

Guess it’s a good product but not sure! No foul smell or taste going down! I just take it because it’s supposed to provide immune health! I can say I haven’t been ill since taking it, but can’t prove it’s the reason why! Either way, I’ll continue!

I’m super active and have spent a fair amount of time running, jumping, lifting and generally taking my joints for granted. As I’ve gotten older, my body has become stiff in the mornings, taking as long as half an hour to loosen up. One of my knees was starting to hurt when I cycled, and a wrist strain was taking weeks to heal. I’d heard a lot of talk about turmeric and did some research before choosing this product. Taking 2 capsules a day, one in the morning and one at night, I noticed a difference within days. I’m less stiff when I wake up and the stiffness goes away within 5 minutes. My knee bothers me less, and most surprising, my wrist fully healed within a few days and has remained strong for the last 4 months! My only issue is that the capsules have left yellow stains on my hands and some of my clothes...it took me awhile to figure out where the staining was coming from. When the bottle ran out, I tried a different brand that cost a little less. That brand didn’t stain my hands, but it also wasn’t nearly as effective, so I re-ordered this brand and tossed the other one out after a few weeks. I’m more careful with the capsules to avoid the color transfer and now swear by this stuff. I don’t know about some of the other benefits that I’ve read in the reviews, but I highly recommend this brand and potency for the anti-inflammatory benefits.

I used to be an avid runner and dancer and I have some arthritis in my big toe joints and to some extent in my hands at 40 years of age at the end of this month. I've been taking Me first living Curcuminoids for several years now and I can say unequivocally that this product has transformed my life for the better. After taking for a few weeks or maybe a month I noticed an improvement in the swelling and inflammation of my big toe joints. Now after many years I barely notice my arthritis and my joint inflammation is nearly 100% abated. This stuff really works for me! I take it daily, like a man needs water. I even introduced this to my mother in law and she takes it daily now as well at 82. She has noticed a significant improvement in her rheumatoid arthritis pain. Oh and I forgot to mention that for me, there is not only a pain reduction but an improvement in my overall joint mobility and a sensation of less stiffness throughout my whole body. I ditched my Glucosamine Chondroitin MSM supplement years ago after seeing and experiencing the transformation I had on these specific Curcuminoids. (I tried a couple others including the more pricey brands and these worked the best). Thank you Me First Living for doing what you do.
