Very effective. I wasn't sure if it would be effective because of the price....... BUT THESE ARE SUPERB. Please don't waste your money on the more pricerer ones. I am really impressed with this brand. Highly recommend it.

I use this as part of a routine to lower my blood sugar, so it's on auto ship. All 3+ that I've received until today have been in perfect condition. I am not sure if it was packaging or shipping, but this bottle arrived with what appears to be at least 1 capsule broken open. =(

I have been using this supplement "Berberine" for about 6 months now and my A1C has been lowered with a change in diet and exercise and without taking the prescribed medication which has a lot of side effects. Bought it to see if it would help with my sugar levels. Wasn't expecting much since no supplement has worked before. However, it has worked far better than expected! I have stopped taking Lantus and only using this to control my blood sugar levels. 2 at breakfast, 1 at lunch and 3 at bedtime. It's great!

I took this for 6 months in hopes of it helping my energy levels. Unfortunately it made no noticeable difference and I didn’t loose any weight either. I think it’s a waste of money.
