Top tier for this price range
I’ve had this bench for two months now, using it at least three times a week. If you’re reading reviews, you know you can spend a lot more on a bench or even a bit less. My 5 stars is specifically for this price range, not against all benches that one could possibly buy. I am 6’3”, 200lb, and I am doing all kinds of strength training with barbells and dumbbells. For those activities, this is meeting almost all of my needs. The padding is good, and I don’t have any immediate concerns about the quality. Feels like it’s going to hold up well. The head portion can be extended (with bolts, not something you will do more than once probably), but I found it to be better for me at the lower position. The adjustments hit all the right angles for me, both with the back and the seat. The ankle pads are also in a good spot, and have good adjustments, although I don’t use them much. While the bench does have a decline option, I would not say it’s not the best. Doing decline crunches works, but I feel like it’s lacking proper support behind the knees. I have only seen very expensive benches do decline positions well, at least for someone as tall as me. Stability is pretty good for anything laying down or seated. No wobbling at all. Tricep dips are also stable. Using this for loaded hip thrusts is possible but not great. I have managed to use it by putting the bench against a squat rack to keep it from moving away from me. To be fair, you would need a pretty substantial bench to resolve this problem. Doing incline curls, with your chest against the bench, can be tricky if you’re tall. But I’ve found putting my feet on the bench feet makes it more stable. I am not lifting crazy amounts of weight, but I would not be worried about this supporting about 500 lbs total. The angle adjustment is a spring loaded, pull motion pin, that also screws in to be sure it won’t move. It’s quite easy to adjust, while also not making me worry about it. It does fold up, and has a convenient handle at the seat to help carry it. I wish there was less of a gap between the seat and the back, but that is a feature you will need to pay more for. Overall this is a great bench for the price. Don’t go into this expecting the perfect bench because you aren’t paying the price for that. I’d say this gets you about 80-90% there though. I have no regrets with the purchase at $150, and this should satisfy all but the most serious home gym needs.

Good bench with nice adjustability
This bench is easy to put together and functions nicely for what I need it for. I’m 5’5” and 135 lbs. It holds up well for my size (I cannot comment for higher weight and height since it is only me using this). The bench adjusts on both the back and butt pieces which is convenient. The only thing I found to be a design flaw is that the resistance bands are connected to the bench with a Velcro strap. When you pull, the Velcro is undone. It was an easy fix (I got tree straps to use instead). I did ask their customer service if this is the design or the wrong strap. They said it is the design and they would pass along my feedback. The customer service was really fast to reply and offered me another replacement part for it but I declined since I suspect it is not the piece but the design that needs some modification. Other than that minor change, it is a really great bench at an affordable price.

Stable and versatile
This bench is awesome! Very stable for all manner of exercises I've tried, high enough weight capacity for all but the most gruelling activities, 2 position headrest, quality material will last a long time. I'm 5'11" weighing a lean 240lbs, and it is very stable while working with an extra 230 lbs of weights (didn't try higher weight), also the headrest in the high position was tall enough to support my head in all backrest positions, which is important for me. I appreciate that it doesn't try to be a "jack of all trades" and keeps it simple. Just a bench with leg supports. Easy to fold up and stow. Headrest likely won't be tall enough in the upright position if you're over 6'1", but it's taller than most competition. I estimate it would be good for up to 6'4"-ish in the flat position. The bands are very lightweight bands (might be good if that's what you're looking for). A little gimmicky but great idea. I found them useful for providing more resistance for sit-ups and core exercises. My wife loves them! Bought my own resistance bands and they work fairly well affixed to the oem points. Throw enough weight on the bench, and it works as a fairly good anchor point for them. 4* instead of 5* because: The backrest adjuster on a sliding pin is excellent. The seat adjustment pin is just a standard pin. Could improve seat by adding a similar styled fast slider adjustment pin as the backrest. Headrest cannot be easily adjusted, you'll need to unscrew it, then screw onto lower position if you need to change it. Could improve by adding an easy adjustment pin for headrest instead of screw into place, but there's potential cons to that (headrest stability could suffer if not implemented correctly). Headrest screws were missing washers. Overall it is a great product. For your basic adjustable and stowable bench, this is the cream of the crop of all the ones I've tried. We love it!

Great bench for home use
I've used this bench for about six months now (the last two, steadily) and it is a great addition to my home "gym". Trying to build up the right tools to help me build strength and flexibility at home. I'm very happy with this bench as it was not hard to put together - it took me about 30 minutes but mostly due to my uncertainty. It is very sturdy which was an initial concern of mine as I am a plus size gal. Pluses: 1. The ability to adjust so many parts of the bench. I am only 5'3" and when I used to go to the gym, most equipment could not adjust enough for my short legs. They would either be swinging or I had to drop the seat lower and have legs on either side. I am able to adjust height, position of seat and the back. 2. Comfort - the padding is thick and comfortable. 3. The ease of adjusting the position of the backing. I need to expand my exercise type but I alternate both sitting up and laying down for arm exercise (with my own weights and with resistance straps which I LOVE) and core exercises. So far, I don't have any "con's" for this bench. Very happy with the purchase and the price is worth it.

Sturdy and well made for a fair price!
Did a lot of research and decided on this bench and got it on prime days for a great deal. The instructions were a bit confusing but I was able to put it together alone with minimal issues, as it is mostly together already. It’s very sturdy and does not make the jiggly noises like some other benches I read about. I am able to do all of my floor work on it, including things that require me to put my feet up with bent knees and it remains stable. There is a substantial separation of about 2-3 inches between the bottom and back pads where it folds, but I did not find it uncomfortable. I am 5’9 and put the headrest on the lower notch and I have a few extra inches left when lying on it. Folding it up is a bit difficult because you have to remove 3 pins and pull a knob with one hand while folding it, but I was able to do it alone. A small bag is supplied to store the pins. It’s heavy but not unmanageable and it folds almost flat so it’s great to store in a closet or small space. Overall I think it’s a great bench at a fair price and I would recommend it for any level of fitness/strength as an alternative to being on the floor or for anything needing a bench.

Compact and sturdy
I finally decided to invest in a good workout bench To exercise in the comfort of my own home. I decided on this one, because of the price. this bench was totally worth the investment, and it fits my needs perfectly, I am 5 foot 4” and 140 pounds, this is just what I needed.. it’s Study, durable and designed to last. My husband has also utilized it on occasion, and is also impressed with its comfort And durability as well.. He is 5’ 6” and 220 pounds. The assembly instructions were clear and easy to follow, I had it completed by myself in about an hour. I won’t say it was easy by any means, but it was totally worth the effort!! I really love its space saving design, allows me to utilize the small area I have for working out to its maximum capacity. it folds up easily and stores away almost instantly. Pretty impressive! It also adjusts very easily, and has every setting I could possibly use. It’s solid and designed to last. Will totally pay for itself in the long run... Highly recommended

Fine but I wouldn't buy it again.
You know what you're buying when you get a $70 bench but it's decent enough. It's very very lightweight but it folds up pretty nicely and it was easy to put together. My biggest gripe is the resistance bands are literally pointless. The bench is so light unless you're trying to stand on it or put a weight on the bench to hold it down. I guess it would work for seated stuff. The bands also come in black and red but I cannot tell which is stronger or if they're both the same. Overall I guess at three stars it's fine. Wouldn't buy it again

Good quality for the price point
So I was looking for a bench and after debating I chose this one. I was a little bit iffy ordering it because it was on the cheaper side and I wasn’t sure what type of quality it would be. But I have to say after using it a few times that I am very impressed with the quality of the bench itself. The other aspect that I also like is that it folds down smaller which is definitely a space saver when you don’t have a lot of space for a giant bulky bench. The bench was stable when I sat on it, or lay down on it. It didn’t shake or wobble, the pads are also very sturdy and the foam isn’t super loose so you feel like you’re going to slide off on one side. It goes decline, flat and incline, which is super handy. So far I haven’t found anything that I’ve disliked about this bench but I’ve only used it about a half a dozen times up until this point. But honestly for the price you really can’t go wrong. I would definitely recommend this to people looking for a space saving, less expensive bench for their home.

¡Perfecto! volvería a comprar

Would buy again!
Great bench! I use it daily and it still feels like new. I don't use the elastics with it, but I enjoy the fact that I can set it at pretty much any position easily. The seat is comfortable and keeps its shape perfectly. I love that it folds, it has helped me save space in my small house! However it is a little difficult to do so (which is why I'm giving it 4 stars) as it is pretty heavy and the mechanism feels a bit clunky. But other than that, if you leave it out at all time, you will have no issue with it!
