A must have and better alternative vs frida mom cooling pads
Among all of the postpartum products for mum. This item, a peri bottle and postpartum pants with inbuilt pads were my MUST HAVES.While there are so many kits and options, I loved the fact that this product is reusable, fits well within post partum knickers / boy shorts and the cooling effect lasts much longer than some of those disposable "snap to activate pads" so I could stay comfortable for longer. I had both this product and the frida mom cooling pads and absolutely recommend this product over the cooling pads.Out of the box the product comes with 20x disposable sleeves, which makes it easier to clean and reuse. In truth I found 20 sleeves was enough for my recovery.

Good product, be careful with the heat
Lifesaver in the postpartum, I also used it to relieve UTI pain. Need to be careful after warming it up in the microwave, let it cool. Good product

Good temperature hot and cold however I find it cools down/heats up within 10/15 minutes. Ideally would like longer especially when it a situation where moving around it difficult.Still good for the price and provided comfort while it held the temperature

DéçueTout d’abord vous n’avez qu’une seule bande, donc quand vous la voulez froide et qu’il faut attendre 4h pour qu’elle refroidisse au congèle, c’est pas pratique.De plus l’enfilage du cold pack dans les enveloppes jetables n’est pas si simple. Quand il est froid, le cold pack est difficile à mettre dans son enveloppe et donc se réchauffe déjà un peu… je suis assez déçue pour le prix …
