Excellent Relief for Persistent Dry Eye
I’ve tried many different artificial tears over the years, but Refresh Optive MEGA-3 stands out as one of the most effective. The lipid-enhanced formula really does make a difference—my eyes feel comfortable much longer compared to regular watery drops. The consistency is smooth without being greasy, and the “low-blur” claim is true; vision clears quickly after applying. I also appreciate that these drops are preservative-free and come in convenient single-use vials. They’re especially helpful on days when my eyes feel extra dry from screen use or when I’m dealing with wind or air-conditioning irritation. The moisture lasts, and the soothing effect feels almost immediate. They are a bit pricier than standard artificial tears, but the effectiveness and comfort make them worth it for me. If you struggle with moderate to severe dry eye or want something that supports the tear film’s natural oils, these are absolutely worth trying.

High quality and start to reliefs your eyes within a minute
High quality. Relief my eyes within minutes. The headache is gone and i’m very comfortable now. My eyes aren’t dry anymore and fells good. Decent size and easy to apply. The best part that it is not too thick to bother but it’s just enough to relief and protect your eyes and get the job done. It’s individual one time use vials. There is like 10 drops in each vial, but i was told by my doctor to use one drop in each eye.

Effective eye drops
These eye drops seem pretty effective to combat my dry eyes but can’t say they’re significantly better than others I’ve tried. They’re non-irritating and help moisturize my eyes so I still end up reaching for these regularly. I switched from regular eye drops to preservative free on the recommendation of my optometrist due to my eyes getting irritated over time and never turned back. My eyes feel so much better now. But I’ve gone through a few brands and varieties of preservative free eye drops and have yet to find a clear winner. The mega pack comes in wrapped packs of 10, which I don’t fully understand the purpose of but it doesn’t make a difference to me.

Goodbye dry eyes!
I suffer from dry eyes- something to do with the ducts in my eyelids getting clogged and I don't do what I'm supposed to to unclog them. Either way my contacts have been fitting worse and worse lately. I thought maybe the manufacturer changed the shape or something, but they wouldn't stay in and my vision was not improved wearing them. I have to wear contacts at work and didn't have time to get refitted for new ones so I bought another set of my regular ones and thought I'd try these drops to see if they helped. I can't believe I'm just now discovering these! The first day they didn't seem to help much in the way of the contacts helping my vision, but the second day was a whole new story. My contacts went in easy and felt great- alll day. Whenever I fall asleep with my contacts in, I wake to find them glued to my eyeballs. I fell asleep on the second day with my contacts in and when I woke the next morning my eyes, and contacts were totally fine, so fine that I just wore them all day that day. Just to experiment I went to sleep with them again and the next morning I could tell I needed to change them, but they weren't totally glued to my eyeballs. There is no other reason than these drops for my eyes to feel so good. I initially gave 3 stars, but that was purely because I had found them significantly cheaper elsewhere, but there is a no return policy so I had to eat the cost which yes is frustrating, but after seeing (pun intended) how well they work negated my grumble. I do like they come in individual tubes, but I wish there were more tubes with a little less in each one. I don't always use the whole amount and I'd rather not waste any since they are so expensive.

(Trigeminal Neuralgia) the spasms are only occasional; I do recommend this but 1'st see an eye DR
This has helped with my eyes, I have "Trigeminal Neuralgia." and with my medication, it helps daytime and when I go to bed. Have been to MD 3 times and the 1st visit Dr suggested I buy it, it's not a prescription, over the county and they are drops. Along with the medication I use these 2 or 3 times a day. The price seems a little high, but you can use 1 pack about 2 or 3 times a day. Talk to a Dr if you have this shooting pain. My 1st Dr I went to was an eye Dr. then he said I needed to see a Neorogist (sp) was told to see a Dr in Omaha, NE (250 miles from me) we drove down there and he put me on this, it's over the counter and with the prescription and the packets, it's still here but it's not a screaming pain anymore, nor is it gone.
