does spray nine get rid of moss on cement?

With a hefty dose of elbow grease, I’m sure it would work alright. Spray Nine is by far the best bang-for-buck. Degreaser, disinfectant, and deodorizer of the highest order. (You might want to try muriatic acid to clean the masonary. Wear full PPW)

I want to use on my gutters and soffits, will it harm my landscaping, I would hate to see it damage my bushes?

I really don't know the answer to that question. But it will clean the gutters and soffits. It is pretty strong. I don't know it it would be feasible to cover those areas but then again the runoff would be going into the ground.
