Excellent scratching post and exactly as described. It is easy to assemble. This one is being used for a 10 week old rescued kitten and there's plenty of room for the kitten to grow into the height of this product. The sisal rope is durable for sharp little nails. The base is stable and holds the scratcher portion. The toys are well secured too. With rescue and foster kittens, it's a good idea to use new items for their health. This is the second purchase of this cat scratcher. Last year's post held up for a mama cat and her seven kittens! It was a favorite toy for the family and is still a favorite scratcher for my 10 year old 16 pound cat. The base material is soft and washes easily too. Highly recommend!

Great product for the price. My cat loves to pick at things, so I thought I’d get him a new scratching post. He loves it! I put it together in about 5 minutes because it only has 5 steps. The post is prickly which is great for him to stick his claws into, and it is very stable. I don’t think it’s going to come apart unless I take it apart. The beige is aesthetic, and the design is sleek. Even when he isn’t scratching it, he will lay on the carpeted part at the bottom. This product also came with catnip and an additional body scratching piece. I don’t use catnip, but my cat absolutely adores the body scratching piece. He’ll rub his neck and chin on it frequently. As you see in the video, he also likes the pompom balls. 10/10

This is a Great quality and sturdy cat scratching post. I find it's perfect for all three of my cats and love that there's options for them to choose what they want to do. There's the balls to swat at, the scratcher itself to scratch and stretch on and also the self grooming brush to utilize. It's durable and love that it's aesthetically pleasing with the color beige. It's perfect for what I was looking for

Very sturdy and the base is wide and heavy, so likely will not tip over, plus the sisal is well attached. Fairly easy to put together (I set it up to be at its tallest). I attached the groomer and added some catnip as well as sprayed the post with catnip spray. My cat immediately began using the groomer, but I haven't seen her use it since and have never seen her use the scratching post. She seems to prefer the cardboard ones so far. Thus the 4 stars. Time will tell. I will update this review if anything changes.

Super easy to put together, small enough to fit into tight spaces if you have limited room like I do, very stable and is perfect for kittens.

I bought this for Jax, who loves scratching the sisal posts on his cat trees. But the sisal on them has worn down, and my attempts at replacing it weren't as good as the original. So I thought, I'll buy him a new scratching post and he'll love it! Spoiler: he did not love it. He ignored it completely. For four months! But then, a couple of weeks ago, he decided it was a great scratching post! Now he comes into my bedroom and, before his morning petting and brushing, he'll use the scratching post for a short while. And then again at night, when I go up to my bedroom, he'll follow and use the scratching post again. Anyway, it's a good size for him to get a stretch in, and light enough that I can move it into the corner when vacuuming. Will he keep liking it a month from now? Who knows! Cats are fickle. But it's a solid scratching post for any cat, when they're in the mood at least.

This is a great scratching post. It was easy to assemble and I like that I can remove the bottom half when it becomes too used and attach the top directly to the base. It is durable and stable. The balls are a nice touch and help to encourage them to use the post. I ultimately chose this one because it was taller than most scratching posts, which our orange cat really appreciates. It came with a self grooming brush that you can attach to the post or to something else. It also came with catnip. Our cats don't use these, but I like the thought.

The scratching post material is great… the height is not. The issue with the post is that the connection to the bottom platform is not strong or large enough to support the height of the post. We were maybe a month in when it broke partially, we mended, only for it to break further. Thankfully my husband was able to cut down the bottom section and secure it more throughly to the bottom plate. Quality of the post itself and material are great, but height isn’t supported well by constitution.

This is a pretty large sturdy cat post. I have 3 active cats....they all LOVE this tree. I've had two of them at the same time on the pole itself (18lbs) and wresting on it...no tipping at all. This thing is just awesome. Great bang for buck. Also, carpet doesn't shed...I appreciate that I don't need to clean that up too.
