Very quiet, hardly know it’s on
I’ve been looking for an affordable air Purifier for a while now and found this one recommended by Which magazine , a quarter of the price of some out there, Sleep mode is so quiet and almost hypnotic, to the point I have it on every night now for 8 hours it’s almost like an Alarm clock for me, The bedroom air feels fresh to sleep in now as well as making the room cooler, I would rate this 10/10

Brilliant
Great product, easy to use and sleep mode is very quiet. How much of the air is clean I’m not sure. But I’m hoping all I good and well.

Excellent purifier
I love this air purifier/ioniser - it’s a strong and sturdy machine with a triple layer filtration system (pre-filter, activated carbon and HEPA). The ioniser function can be turned off and there is a sleep mode for night time use. There’s 3 filtration levels and the fan does get louder with each one, as you’d expect. The sleep mode is relatively quiet and all the lights turn off in sleep mode. There’s 2, 4 and 8 hour timer options or you can run it continuously. The filter has a reset light to alert you when the filter needs cleaning/changing. The filters are very easy to change on this machine - there’s a magnetic cover on the front and the filter pulls straight out. It’s a large filter and you can clean it between changes. The complete filter replacement is around £30, which is good value. Personally, I find purifiers reduce my allergy symptoms and I’m really happy with this one.

Well made, compact size
It has a UK plug, which is a plus nowadays. It comes with a filter that wasn't preinstalled and it was unclear which way it should be installed. The touch controls work easily. The filter compartment is easily accessed. The sleep mode is good, it's quiet and all the lights shut off on the control panel when it's on sleep mode but it is still working to filter the air. It has settings to have it run for 2, 4 or 8 hours at a time and it has 3 speeds. It also has an ioniser to change the electrical charge. It looks nice and doesn't take up much space.

Brilliant
Brilliant little (in the grand scheme of things) air purifier This is the size of a large kettle / home coffee pod machine but it packs a punch 3 speed settings plus a "night" option and you can turn the ion setting on or off There is also a timer function so you could theoretically set this to full blast and on timer then go out for the day and it will switch off before you come home once the timer is up Triple layer filtration and easy to clean Build quality is top notch too Definitely worth the money

Top quality air purifier
I've suffered from hay fever and an allergy to house dust all my life. In particular, during the season I often wake at night to find that I have an itch at the back of my throat and a bout of sneezing soon follows. I’ve tried using an ioniser standing on my bedside table but, while it had some effect, the wall and furniture nearby became covered in a nasty layer of sticky dust. So could a combined air filter and ioniser do a better job? The answer is that possibly it can. Let's look at what the LR210UK has to offer. To begin with, it's beautifully made. All the plastic mouldings are very well finished and fit neatly together. It comes properly wired with a fitted UK mains plug, not a silly adapter. Although there's no remote control - which one might have hoped to see at this price level - the touch controls work well and are easy to use, with one slight exception. An appliance like this, which will probably mostly be used in a domestic setting, needs to be easy to live with. Its small size makes it simple to tuck away in a corner or next to a chair or bed, although it’s best if the indicator LEDs on the top panel are kept out of one’s line of sight as they are – as is so often the case – obnoxiously bright. But the main factor to consider is noise. Any fan is going to make some noise, although large, slow-moving fans are the quietest. An appliance like this, with a relatively small fan, has to work quite hard to shift a useful quantity of air. At full power, the fan is loud – no denying it. But I suspect that one would only need to run it at high speed for a short period of time; to clear smoke from a room, for instance. At the other extreme, low speed is quiet enough not to disturb my sleep when the air purifier is standing right next to the head of the bed. In addition, sleep mode turns the indicator LEDs off, although it’s a bit tricky to select until you get the hang of it. On the middle setting, which is how it might be used in a daytime room, the appliance suffers from an annoying motor drone. Once you’ve heard it, you can’t ignore it. It seems to get everywhere. This is a great shame, as Beurer have otherwise done a good job of making a device with a smoothly running drum fan. I'm afraid it loses a star for this. The ioniser can be turned on and off as required independently of fan speed, although it can’t be used without the fan running. The multi-lingual instruction manual is adequate, although not very helpful when first setting up the appliance. Rather than leading the user step-by-step through setup, after a good start it refers you to another section a few pages later which details how to install the filters. It would have been better to have included a separate New Users Start Here sheet to simplify the process. After a day or two’s use the prefilter has already accumulated a layer of dust; a good sign. The manual tells you how to clean the filters and suggests a period of time – six months – after which they should be replaced. A new filter set costs somewhere between £25 and £30 depending on where you shop. Will it help with my hay fever? Only time will tell, but if any air purifier can do the job I think this one will.
