Easy to Use, Sound quality Great! Dual connection works awesome.
I ALWAYS read the reviews on products before I buy. So writing one for the products I buy is very important to me good or bad. I have just had the headset for a few days and already love it. I had recently got the go ahead to go to my office to clear my desk after two years of the pandemic. I had a fairly good headset at the office that I wanted to retrieve. I found that it no longer worked. I charged it up but it would no longer connect through the Bluetooth connection. I reviewed several headsets on Amazon and reviewed the products and the customer reviews. This one stood out by far and I have not been disappointed. I wanted to spend a little more money so this one had a good price. I set it up to use for Zoom meetings with my Work Team and really liked the sound quality. The noise canceling is amazing. I can't even hear my keys when I type when I am using this headset. I specifically wanted a headset that has a speaker on each ear. This really helped in understand people on the phone better. I know that I have a slight hearing loss in my right ear, so having sound in both ears make it so much easier to hear and understand better and we have a lot of meeting on zoom so this is critical for my high level security job. Having dual connections is awesome as well. I connected through the Bluetooth connection to my Linux computer to listen to music. then connected to my iPhone to connect to calls. So I can listen to music. It automatically switches from my Music feed to the iPhone on receiving a call.. Then when I hang-up from the call, the Music feed is reconnected and I go about my work listening to Music. The mute button is easily found on the microphone side earpiece so I can mute when needed and having the mute option red LED lit reminding me I am muted works great. The power lasts a long time on this headset. I habitually put it on the charger every couple of days overnight when I am not using it just to be sure I keep it charged. All in all I feel that this was a really good purchase and I wanted to reward the manufacturer for having a good product after using it for a few days. I highly recommend this product for work and home use.

PROS AND CONS
I purchased this product 5/23/22; it is now 10/7/22 - outside of the return window. I love almost everything about this product with a few exceptions. This headset was bought to work from home for an answering service. There are many pros to owning this headset. It holds a charge for a very long time. Usually, I charge every 3 days, but it is still at medium charge even then. I love that the the mute feature is easy to quickly access on the ear piece. It even has the red light at the end of the mouthpiece to remind me mute is on. I love that it is dual connectivity which allows me to listen to music on my iPhone in between calls from my computer. When a call comes in, the headset actually switches before the first ring, allowing me to answer the call faster. The noise cancelling is high quality as when I have a moment of silence on the call, my caller checks to make sure the call didn't drop. Now, the negatives... I wish the ear pieces were large to fit over my ears for greater comfort. They do have nice cushion but not adequate size for wearing for long periods of time. After a while, my ears are a little sore. Also the range cuts out if I get too far from the computer. This may or may not be typical and is not a big deal for me. I just noticed when i change rooms. The MAJOR draw back is either the quality of the material of the actual head band that connects the two sides, or the design of it . It is plastic, which may be common. Perhaps just mine has a defect in the curing process or something, but about a centimeter above the swivel point on both sides have cracked. I was able to use electrical tape to secure the one side before it could completely separate. The side with the swing arm for my voice, completely broke off. The line that gives it power is still in tact. I have tried using gorilla glue, but it does not hold. I tried gluing it again and then wrapping it in electrical tape. It held for a few hours, but separated again. A third and forth time, I used glue, electrical tape and broken pieces of chop sticks to try to keep it aligned and secure. Remains to be seen if this will hold. I would love if the company would reach out to me to offer a replacement. At it remains, if this doesn't hold, I will seek an alternate brand or price range with these features that I so appreciate. I would think for this price point though, it should have held up longer than 5 and 1/2 months. *** Edited to add *** I still like this product despite its flaws. I have since ordered this again, but I proactively strengthen the weak areas with black electrical tape. I use that so it blends with the headset and is not even noticeable. The company has not reached out to me, though I never messaged them directly either. This leads me to believe they don’t read their reviews. I have discovered another issue. The arm that swivels broke on my last one. I don’t know if it was my fault or a design problem. I was able to secure it in a working position with good ol’ electric tape and ordered another to have on stand by. It still works perfectly with no failure of the electronics of it. If I could find another with the exact same features, I would buy it instead, but I haven’t seen one so I continue with this one.

Extremely comfortable, above-average sound quality
If you don't want to read all the details, here's what you need to know: the headset is exceptionally comfortable, even when I'm wearing my glasses. Sound quality is significantly higher than what I expected. While this won't replace my high-end noise-canceling headphones, it's beyond adequate for office use. This is hands down the best "cheap" Bluetooth headset I've ever owned. The specifics: I use these for my marathon Teams meetings that seem to go on all day. The ear padding is soft enough to be comfortable even after extended wear. Pressure from the headband does create a mild pinch point where my glasses sit behind my hear, but this is easily remedied by lifting my glasses up a bit while wearing the headset. The perforated design of the earbuds give these ample opportunity to catch and tear on sharp objects, so be careful when tossing these in your work backpack. A simple headset bag will completely solve this issue. Battery life is above average. I haven't had to worry about these dying off during a meeting. The USB-C is a huge plus, as a lot of headsets in this price range still use micro USB. The physical mute switch is very welcome. Why don't more headset designers do this? I can tell by touch whether I'm muted or not. The only downside is that the switch doesn't seem to integrate with Teams, so it doesn't toggle Teams' mute status. In other words, regardless of whether my headset's mute button is toggled on or off, Teams constantly reports that I'm unmuted. This isn't a huge deal because, again, I can easily tell if I'm muted by just feeling the switch. It would be nice if this could be addressed through a firmware update. Voice quality is acceptable. Honestly, this is a wildcard with headsets in this price range. Some are going to sound great, some are going to sound muffled, but this one is right up the middle. I have a much more expensive hardwired set from another brand that sounds better, but that was more than twice this price. For what I paid, and given how I use this (Teams / Zoom), I can't complain. Some cheaper alternatives sound like those handsfree earbuds from the 90s, and this definitely isn't one of them. The app is simple. The built-in EQ's music and voice modes are good enough for most use cases. With my hearing loss, I find the voice mode really helps boost the upper frequencies and makes meetings much easier to hear. I'm knocking off one star because the app spams you with notifications. It's a headset; it doesn't need random notifications throughout the day.

Very Disappointed
I hoped these would be great and their sound quality and features are mostly great, but there are some significant issues. I've had these for 4 months and some days and it broke above the right ear piece just below the screws as several others have experienced. They were most weekdays for a good number of hours, but they didn't travel. They get hung on a headphone holder and are plugged in to charge nightly and then put on my head or lay on by desk and occasionally I walk around near the desk. Another issue is the dual connectivity has issues at least with Apple devices. I wanted to use it with a Mac and occasionally with an iPhone. It would regularly disconnect from the Mac with paired with both devices. Once I unpaired the iPhone the issues stopped. I got these to replace Logitech H800's which were the only headsets that met my requirements, on ear, not in ear or fully covering the ears, a boom mic, durable, good sound quality, and reasonable price. They worked great for years and then Apple made a change and their sound quality was less good on Apple devices and had hiccups they didn't have prior to an Apple update. Regardless they worked well enough, but now are hard to get. This is the first seemingly adequate replacement headset I have found, but there are some issues. Obviously durability is poor. Another issue is the earpieces are small so they set on the inside of the ear lobe which is less comfortable than covering the whole ear lobe like the H800's. They also are tight pressing on the ear more making it more uncomfortable and they cause sweat. The H800's were tight enough for most usage without being uncomfortable or causing sweat. The sound quality and noise canceling on these are better than the H800's.

Great for work - video conferencing/conversations - not the greatest for music
I've never had a wireless headphone designed exclusively for work but this JLab had been eye-opening. Without the wires, it's truly handsfree audio. You can focus on writing or presenting while the conversation flows effortlessly. This headset is still in the budget range but JLab has focused on the important functions for a work headset: clear audio in the conversational range, comfortable to wear and long battery life just in case you're a workaholic, easy to use intuitive controls. That button over the earpiece which mutes the mic plus the red LED that tells you the mic is OFF is a godsend. No confusion about the status of the mic. It's so comfortable to wear, instead of taking it off when you're done, you're tempted to just leave it on in case someone calls you. It comes with its own set of blue cables. Thanks to this unusual cable color it's the only set of cables I own that is self-identifying. Setup and pairing is simple and intuitive. It will automatically pair with the last device but switching is simple. Let it auto-pair, go to Bluetooth, disconnect, then power down & power up again to force it pair with your other device. There is probably a simpler way, but this one I can remember. 1) Does it's job - 5 stars 2) Easy to use - 5 stars 3) Long battery life for long sessions - 5 stars 4) Reasonable price because it's still a unitasker. 5) Much more comfortable than holding a cell phone to your ear.

Fantastic headset with some significant flaws
I'm a PC Tech and I bought this headset specifically because of the multiBluetooth option. I wanted a wireless headset that I could pair to my desk phone at work and to my work computer. This way I can use the headset to answer calls, listen to music/podcasts from my computer, remain mobile and not have to change out headsets. Unfortunately it didnt quite go that way. First of all, for the good. The headset sounds AMAZING! Seriously, this is the best quality audio I've heard from a headset. The bass is deep and rich and you can hear everything clearly whether it's a phone call or computer audio. The microphone was top quality and the headset was amazing at noise cancelation. On top of that, the ear pads are like to giant soft marshmallows pressing gently against your head. I could (and did) wear this headset for up to 8 hours a day and never had my ears hurt or bother me. The battery life is great and the headset would easily run for three, 8 hour shifts at work before needing a recharge. Charging was easy enough with just connecting the included charger to the headset and then plugging that into my computer. Sadly, this is where things start going downhill. The key reason I got this headset is because it's a multi-Bluetooth unit that _should_ have allowed me to easily switch from one source to another. If I was listening to something on my computer I should have been able to pause it, press a button and then answer my phone. This _never_ worked that way. The headset would drop calls, not recognize the computer after taking a call, unpair itself from one of the devices after making a switch... it was just a mess. In addition to that, the controls are the worst design I've ever seen for any piece of electronics. The volume up and down buttons serve dual purposes with both volume up/down along with skipping forwards and back. The power button, the most important button on the headset, had not one, not two, not three but SIX DIFFERENT FUNCTIONS! You can tell that they were trying to cut costs by dumping so many options onto the most important button instead of simply installing additional buttons. Finally, the biggest and most easily accessible button had just one function: muting the microphone. Where every system today usually has a one-touch option to mute a mic in the app (Zoom, Teams, Discord, etc), this headset wasted a prime location for one useless "feature." If you want a headset with amazing sound quality that can be a bit of a pain to set up and only plan on using it with one device, this is a good choice. If you're looking for a multi-Bluetooth device to pair to more than one device and switch back and forth between them, keep looking.

Excellent from WFH meetings - and awesome customer service!
I have tried a lot of headsets and this is the best I have tried, including several which were significantly more expensive. What I love: * Easy bluetooth connectivity without a dongle that can get lost. * Outstanding range; I can walk all around a 3-story house and into the yard without losing connection. * Very comfortable on-ear not over-the-ear set. This is a personal preference, but really nice to not have the heat or total isolation from outside sounds that makes you unaware of surroundings. * The best mute function around. Easy button that is in a place that is not confused with other functions, you can determine if it is on or off by feel, and a red LED tells you if mute is on or not. If you have ever been embarrassed because everyone on a call heard you say something to your family, this is fantastic. Now, after using this headset daily for almost 6 months, I broke it - through my own carelessness. I would have bought a replacement without hesitation, but I checked with their customer service and shared a picture of my broken headset, and they issues a one-time replacement at no cost (free shipping as well)! The new headset was here in 3 days. Really awesome service. BTW, the break was to the plastic of the headband and made it unwearable, but even at that point the electronics were working, so this is a sign of quality. Yes, it broke, but as I said, I caused it. Nothing is indestrible, but this did not just "wear out". Highly recommended.

Disappointing Bluetooth - Not Reliable for Work
I really wanted to like these JLab Go Work headphones. After about 2-3 months of use, I'm pretty frustrated. The comfort is great, and the battery life is fair – those are the only real positives. However, the Bluetooth connection is a big problem. It constantly drops and disconnects, sometimes several times in a single call. For a while, my computer wouldn't even recognize it after weeks of being connected. I also hear these random beeps that I can't figure out. Mute button sticks and not easy to toggle on and off. When I'm not on a call, it'll still drop and reconnect over and over, even when I'm just listening to something. It also announces "connecting" and "reconnecting" constantly, which is really disruptive. For a work headset, this unreliability makes it hard to recommend.
