This device looks great (I have the black one) and the build quality is very very good (for the money), solid without being heavy. The fans work really well at all speeds and do the job perfectly - their power is certainly fit for purpose. It does not cool the air, but recycles the surrounding air, having said that I feel if the air was any cooler it would be irritating. The fan noise is noticeable, but at the lowest speed you could easily have a conversation and watch/listen to tv/radio/music. I have only used this for relatively short periods of time (10-15mins), as I actually found I was sufficiently cooled - but may use it again as I need it - however it is light enough to wear for longer. I haven’t run the fans to battery exhaustion as I charge it regularly (I understand there should be no problem with battery longevity). You get a charging cable but no charging plug. All in all I am delighted!

First one I ordered arrived and was clearly second hand. It was used, no packaging and no charger. It wouldn’t charge either so I returned it. The seller sent me another one very quickly and refunded me for the first one making the second one free. It’s been a godsend. I use it for work and for the gym and for any time I feel hot whilst at home. It can be a little noisy - that doesn’t bother me just annoys my husband haha. One things that’s worth mentioning is every time I remove it from my neck it pulls my hair (which is usually up in a ponytail). IT HURTS! Never the less the benefits far out way this. I would certainly recommend. Super quick to fully charge and it holds it charge. In fact the battery hasn’t fully died yet and as previously mentioned I use it daily. It’s also worth mentioning it sits very comfortably on my neck and has never fallen off even when I’m at the gym. So much better than the first ever one I ordered which I had to secure with an elastic band. In my opinion this is a must have item - it instantly cools me down!

Impressed with this. I did a lot of research looking for one. The shape fits nicely on my shoulders and does not feel heavy. Air flow is great. On the medium and high setting it is quite nosey, but they are right near your ears so this is to be expected. But it does cool my hot flushes which is a great relief in hot weather. The air holes are angled towards the neck and cover most of the neck. Easily adjusted. I would recommend.

I used this in Jamaica, also Florida mainly as part of my recent multi trip. It was better than nothing ,I charged it a couple of times .I suggest leaving overnight. Jamaica was ok better than nothing on the hotter days,and in Florida again ok. Pretty flexible,ok,but I feel could be more powerful with cooler air. Note that longer you use the powerfullness seems to whittle down. Sounds like a very low hairdryer or vacuum cleaner.

This is honestly the most amazing thing I think I've ever purchased. I didnt think having a fan just on your head/face would make such a difference but it really does. I work as a carer in a care home without any proper airconditioning . Showering residents in PPE I can put this on the lowest setting so my glasses don't steam up and it keeps me cool. In the hot summer afternoon whilst doing personal care going from one resident to the next it still keeps me cool. Even serving food at meal times it keeps me cool although I then need to put it on the middle or highest setting. Ive just been using this on the lowest setting other than for a super cool blast or, as i said, serving food in the dining area. It really has made such a difference for me at work. I work 12 and a half hour shifts and I charge it over two 20min breaks but tbh I don't need to as using it intermittently the battery does last. The only problem I forsee is for anyone who did want it on the highest setting is the noise, although not very loud, can make it harder to hear what people are saying. Perfect for every day life. Walking about in town, going to the supermarket, sitting at home. It's lightweight and I even forget I've got it round my neck. I've already recommended this to friends and colleagues. Only improvements that could be made is for the airflow to go all round so the back of the neck gets the benefit aswell. Make it quieter on the higher setting and maybe an array of colours rather than just black or white (but that's just being fussy) Honestly fantastic.

Jedynym minusem dla mnie jest zbyt głośna praca silniczkow wentylatora, na początku nawet zastanawiałam się czy nie dokonać zwrotu urządzenia, ale używając pierwszy stopień nawiewu gdy są przerwy w pracy - potrafilo mnie przekonac do tego sprzętu. Jest bardzo wygodny, lekki, i można nakierowac nawiew poprzez wygięcie łuku który jest elastyczny . Polecam na upał - wiaterek na nos i twarz , również w czasie ćwiczeń , jazdy na rowerze itp. 🙂👍

De neck fan is mij goed bevallen. Ik werk in de zorg en dan is het prettig om op deze manier in elk geval mijn hoofd koel te houden. Op stand 1 kan ik degene die ik verzorg, nog goed verstaan en toch voel ik de koelte in m’n gezicht. Wat ik ook heel fijn vind, is dat hij enigszins flexibel is zodat ik de stand van blazers ook kan verstellen. M’n collega’s waren verrast dat er zoiets dergelijks bestaat en vonden het een uitkomst voor in de zorg en voor m’n schoonmoeder moet ik er ook 1 bestellen.

Refresca mas de lo k esperaba. Saca un poco de ruido pero lo importnte en esos momentos es kitar el calor y va perfecto. No pesa nada y se acomoda muy bien. La bateria dura mucho. Un dia de calor sin problema.
