FC07 Overdrive Pedal - Vintage Overdrive Effect, Warm/Hot Modes, Mini Analog Guitar Pedal, True Bypass

Some chorus pedals offer way too much to work around and can sometimes just not offer the simple chorus sound that your trying to attain. The Flamma FC14 is easy to use and offers a nice, subtle analog chorus effect that goes well with both electric and acoustic guitar. The size of the pedal is nice and even a little smaller than you typical mini pedal. The construction is very solid and the design is not too flashy. The price point is on par with many other comparable mini chorus pedals, but I think this one is built a little better than most of those are. I will definitely be checking out more of Flamma's products.

Inexpensive, small guitar pedal that seems to work well. Buyers should be aware that this ships WITHOUT a power supply, which is sold separately. This unit WILL NOT operate without its Flamma- brand 9v power supply. Other than that, this sounds good enough, and even with its power supply, sells for under $40. It’s not a Fender or Line 6 pedal, but it is fun.

What can I say I own tons of Flamma pedals… I have the pre-amp pedal, the cab simulator pedal, the stereo reverb, stereo delay, mini comp, boost, black distortion just to name a few. Then I was like heck let me get the drive pedal to replace my Azor gold drive (Klon es’que sounding pedal) not a good choice at all the this pedal sounds like a super bassy mid rangey murky mess. The tone knob goes from muffled to shrill by barely moving it. This pedal is barely usable. I know Flamma makes some great pedals but this isn’t one of them. This pedal needed some more sound customizing options like some extra knobs to roll off some bass and some mids. If it had those simple features I think it would definitely be a winner for sure and my review would be a lot better. Long story short the Azor gold drive is just a better sounding overdrive all together and will stay on my board until another budget drive sounds better.

Unfortunately this is not one of the better overdrives. It's too low gain and the Volume control is weak. It has no output compared to the Caline Orange Burst. It's solid and well-built. But unless it's going to be the only drive on your board you might be disappointed.

Love the sound it gets, strapped it to the bottom of my guitar strap and was able to dial in lead guitar hammer-on feedback by reaching around back and goosing the VOL dial...cool. BUT next day the battery was dead. This thing draws 5mA doing Nothing, turned OFF, nothing plugged IN or OUT. Not cool (draws 6 mA when it's running, not much difference). I'm planning on sticking this right on my guitar body (with the FC03 delay pedal, it sucks 100mA) with a 9V battery, but now i need to rethink the Power. Great tiny pedals, you would expect a TRUE BYPASS pedal should disconnect the battery when it's OFF.

For the price, this pedal is amazing. No, it will not replace your 400$ King of Tone or Benson Preamp but it can be a great booster for leads or a background "tone" enhancer for your overall sound.
