It’s upto the mark

There is a good level of BCAAs in this powder. Previously I used tablets so was easier to measure out and take, but I now mix this with water by itself or with my protein powder. I have not noticed any change in performance, but believe its ok. Taste is nice too.

I've heard a lot of great things about XTEND and decided to incorporate into my daily meals. I ordered through Amazon since the Strawberry Mango flavor was backordered through bodybuilding.com (a good sign this is a good flavor). My first experience I did not put enough liquid and put two servings. It tasted really sweet, almost like kool aid. I didn't end up finishing it. My second try I only used one serving (as directed) and put about 20 oz of water. It tasted great! For being sugar free, it was very easy to drink and the BCAA profile is great for athletes, or anyone looking to stay hydrated and healthy. Highly recommend, but make sure to dilute properly or you may get a bad first impression.

Extend probably has the best BCAAs on the market . I’ve been using them for years . Pretty good taste
