It took me a good two weeks to get the hang of this keyboard and roller bar mouse. Now that I have figured it out, I won't go back. It's so comfortable to use. Wrist and shoulder pain is gone, and the keyboard and roller bar mouse functions are very efficient.

I have had the keyboard and mouse for 3.5 years now. Overall, I like both products. I deduct one star for the customer service. They synced one dongle for both devices initially. Just recently, my contour mouse started to have problems where the cursor wasn’t moving properly. In order to talk to someone, I had to fill out a form, with serial number then I get email asking for receipt. I fixed the mouse myself, but now my keyboard doesn’t want to work so I need to look at using both dongles. There 800 number is no longer working either. What happened to customer service. I did receive an email where they sent me a YouTube link and did some troubleshooting in the email- but my problem has changed. They also needed my receipt, so I had to go searching for that. It’s a tech question, I don’t have time to search through YouTube, send them my receipt etc… - but now they sent me a video - maybe it will help or maybe not. For me, calling is easier since I do have tendinitis in both elbows - why I got the contour products and calling is better for me than being on a computer. Initially I had to exchange the mouse as my “cut” key got stuck so it was replaced. Back in 2022 - you actually got to speak to a human back then. Now it’s a different story. Overall, I like the mouse and keyboard as it’s better for someone with tendonitis. I would recommend but I dislike their customer service so shop around for a company with similar products that has great customer service.

I don’t generally write reviews but I love this keyboard! I have MS and get tremors making it difficult doing fine detail work on the computer. I also get shoulder pain when I’m at my workstation for long periods of time. This has helped with both of these issues. It took me a couple of weeks to gets used to it but now I’m quite comfortable using it. I highly recommend. It’s worth the money.

The advert is definitely misleading.... I purchased this as a gift and found out that both keyboard and mouse are 'wired.' Can this be returned without the original box?

Shoulder pain almost completely gone after 4 weeks of use. Highly recommend. There is a learning curve. Took me a couple weeks to adapt 100%. But well worth the effort!

I love these rollermouse's. It does take a while to get used to, but it it does place your wrist in a better position if you use computers all day long.

works as expected

The cushion is too wide, keeping my fingers too far from the keyboard. The buttons are too far apart. The "left" button should be easier to click. I keep accidentally hitting the 'right' click button so I shifted how the keyboard and rollermouse line up with each and now the 'left' button is really to far away. The keyboard itself is nice. I'll try to come back and update this after I've used it more.
