It's great it makes a lovely crispy bottom and just need a scrub with a dry scourer to clean

More than just a pizza stone
I use this as a baking stone for breadmaking in a small 'worktop' oven. Allow it to heat up for a few minutes before setting the dough on it (making sure you dust the stone first to prevent sticking) and it's ideal. Bakes evenly. Be aware that it will take a while to cool down, but don't, whatever you do, put it in water to clean until it has, else it will crack and probably break quite spectacularly.

Expensive but good quality
I bought this because we wanted to try cooking pizzas in our barbecue and didn't want to scorch the base. The pizza stone works very well for this and it's easy to scrape clean after use. It's a bit small for most pizzas, but works very well with 10" pizzas.

Size matters
Unicook Round Pizza Stone, Cordierite Baking Stone for Oven or BBQ, Ideal for Making Crisp Crust Pizza, Bread, Cookies and More, Diameter 26 cm/10.25 inch, Small This Pizza Stone (10.25 inch) is the right size to use in my combi microwave (in oven mode) a larger stone would be bigger than the turntable. It also fits with the various accessories. But for normal oven I think the larger stone would be a better choice. The stone helps with general baking particularly as there’s no bottom heating element in my combi. I’m still a beginner user 😀 but so far I’m happy.

Great size!
This was ordered as a replacement for a thinner (and much loved) stone that we had for years. This is thicker, but also a bit larger. We like it for homemade pizza night, bread baking, and I even bake black bean burritos and wiener wraps on it (using parchment). Good quality. Considering a second for our outdoor grill.

Excellent small Pizza stones
I am new to this home made pizza thing. I purchased two of the 10” stone purposely as they fit the Ninja woodfire BBQ. Plus i can make two pizzas, with different toppings. Unfortunately the grandkids are better at it than me, but i am learning from the best, so i am told. The stones heat up beautifully allowing the pizza to have a nice crisp crust without burning. The stones are almost perfectly clean when the pizza is cooked, but you never wash them with detergent or you will ruin them, by clogging the pores. If you have a problem with the pizzas sticking, place them on a piece of parchment paper to begin with, they will slide right on and off your stone.

Perfect baking
The stone is perfect. It takes a bit of experience to get pizza on it but the more I use it the easier it gets. The stone will stain but that’s a regular response to use. I love that I no longer need to grease a tin to bake bread!
