I'll give an honest review of the pro's and cons so you can decide if this is worth your money. First off let me start with the most important tip if you've never used brita filtered bottles. Rinse the charcoal filter for about 30 seconds before inserting to remove all charcoal particles or else you'll get a mouthful of unpleasant water. This water bottle filters out chlorine so it will give you a very good taste. It won't however filter out micro plastics, but it is actually made out of stainless steel so it will not absorb any plastic while water is sitting in your bottle. It will also cut down on bottled water saving you money and preventing you from drinking plastic bottled water. The stainless steel also adds tremendous durability if you have butter fingers. It will never break on you. I have not noticed any water leaking like other reviews suggest unless you overfill it. Just fill it about an inch from the top and stop. I shook it and turned it upside down and no water leaked out. It will keep your water ice cold for at least 12 hours, but I feel I have left it out for 24 hrs before and it was still cold. The only disclaimer and negative is that the bottle keeps the temperature controlled and isolated so you can't just fill it up with room temperature water and put it in the fridge if you like it cold. It will keep the water at room temperature. You need to add ice or fill it with cold water. Drinking doesn't really require anymore suction than a normal straw so it's not like you'll run out of breath or feel like you just ran a marathon or something. Overall I suggest this and recommend it at the price I paid which was $23. For the price point and value I give it 5 stars. It's worth the investment to save money, give better taste, and help your health in the long term by reducing microplastic consumption by not drinking from plastic bottles.

I LOVE the chic look of the pink, it feels so soft and its a matte (which i like). the lid is nicely sealed and the handle makes it easy to grab on the go. The only thing is that there is a straw attached to the lid (removable and holds the filter) so cleaning will be a little more tedious but totally worth the buy. I love it!

Great water bottle. Keeps water cold and filters well. No difficulties drinking from it when used as directed. No leaking. Please read instructions! Now, some reviewers have mentioned black stuff developing inside the mouthpiece or filter tube. It is important to note that mold LOVES moist, dark, stagnant places. To avoid development of mold, remember to wash your bottle and lid regularly. Remove the filter by unscrewing it, and place it aside. Use warm, soapy water on the lid and bottle. Get yourself a 3-4” narrow brush like the ones used to clean reusable straws or baby bottles. (for a cheap one, go to baby section in dollar store). Clean inside the mouthpiece. Also clean from inside the bottom of the filter piece, but you don’t want to overdo it on the soap. Rinse well. Leave open and disassembled to air dry. Done! If you don’t wash your bottle AT LEAST every couple days, mold will likely take residence in your bottle and straw/ filter. This is not a manufacturing problem. That said, I highly recommend this bottle!

This is the third 568 ml Brita bottle (got one larger one) I purchased in the last couple of years. I use those regularly on my coastal cycling workouts and thise fits nicely into my road bike bottle cages. While those are on the heavier side (premium stainless steel), they keep drinks to my desired temperatues for hours. The removable integrated filter do an excellent job in purifying my drinking water. Those bottles are highly desirable, because one bottle got stolen while I parked my bike in front of a shopping centre! 🤔
