Taste of New York
Loved these as a child in NY. Had to buy. Still have that great snap and taste. Wrapper is different. I remember them a little drier to the touch. But if it tastes the same I’m sold.

Childhood memories
These are only found in the city so I am extremely happy I found them. They spicy ones (orange box) aren't as spicy as I remember but good nonetheless.

The yummiest beef stick
I been eating these for over 30 years. To bad they don’t sell them around more. Glad I can order on Amazon.

Not the same as in the 80's : (
It's unfortunate, I grew up on these things in the early 80's in NYC and the flavor has changed. I'm not sure if it's the packaging or what. Back in the day they weren't freeze dried the way they are now. They were loosely wrapped and not as firm and dry. Either way, I'm glad I was able to find them on Amazon, but I don't think I will be ordering as many as I would have if the flavor hadn't changed.

Dried out. Not fit for human consumption
I planned to use product after working out, for a little protein, before the drive home but the meat stick was dried out. It was like eating dust. I used to purchase them from neighborhood stores. I took a chance buying in bulk. It did not work out so well. It not a refundable item.
