The Six Piece Calphalon Nonstick Bakeware Set is an excellent value. I'm an avid baker and had worn out my favorite set of bakeware. I needed a replacement for it and this set looked like an amazing value. I own Calphalon cookware and am familiar with their quality and workmanship. I figured it would be hard to go wrong with this purchase. I was right about that! The pieces are exceptionally high quality and will be useful for anyone from the beginning baker to the advanced chef. Each of the six pieces of the set are well made, heavy duty, and do not have any rough or sharp edges. The nonstick surface is a true nonstick. No spray or parchment paper is needed with most standard recipes. I baked cookies on the cookie sheet, muffins in the muffin pan and layer cakes in the two round cake pans and all were easy to remove from the pans. This is a time and money saver as I've cut down on my parchment, cooking spray and foil usage in lining and prepping pans. The nonstick coating seems to be quite durable and I have not noticed any scratches or marring of the surface after many uses. The pieces feel substantial, heavy and very durable. They don't feel cheap or flimsy. I think I'll be baking with this set for many years to come. I've washed all the pieces multiple times since purchasing and have not noticed any rust or deterioration of the non stick coating. I generally wash the bakeware by hand with mild soap. It is dishwasher safe, but I feel hand washing helps to preserve the nonstick coating. I've experienced rust with cheaper pieces of bakeware after washing. I have learned by lesson to dry thoroughly after washing to prevent this from happening.. This set was one of my best purchases for my kitchen yet on Amazon. I have purchased and given this set at least four times as wedding and housewarming gifts after my personal purchase. I highly recommend you purchase and try out this bakeware set if you enjoy baking. You will not be disappointed! This is a five star product.

I love this brand and everything I’ve gotten from them so far. The warranty is no joke they do stand behind their products, however there is a bit of a hassle to get to the end of it honestly. All my nonstick pans and bakeware are from them. Please be sure you’re checking the product specs for if it’s meant for a broiler or not. A lot of the issues I see in some of these righteous photos is from what appears to be mishandling. I have had one of my baking sheets warp so it pops when baking so it does happen for sure though. I use the half sheet mostly for prep and baking like two biscuits. The cake pans are fantastic. I’ve done cinnamon rolls, both chocolate and vanilla cakes, tear away cinnamon bread, and a lemon tart in them. For the tart I had to use a metal butter knife to cut it into slices. I was really surprised how well this coating came out when I cleaned it. There were zero scratches, scrapes, chips, or marks in the pan at all. I was having to push through a solid 3/4 inch or so of baked toasted graham cracker crust on the bottom.

This set has been a stable part of my cooking experiences and will remain so for a long time. Some other brands are pretty doggone good but this set is just a step above and oh how clean they become with little elbow grease. Very little. I cooked up a whole mess of viddles and when it was time to clean the pans it was so easy. Moreover and probably the best: the goodies were absolutely great. My cooking skills had little to do with it. The pans made me look good. One small caveat, however. Should you use these make sure you adjust your cooking temperature down about 25 degrees because I have found that the dark color of the material will not reflect as well as a light colored metal. That way you will save a few pennies over the life of the set and help you pay for it. Right, as if you will ever know how much etc. As soon as I finish this, it off to the Cart for payment for a new set that my sister will receive soon. I guess if it is good enough for my sis it is the best.

This set is a nice value. I got it a few years ago. The non-stick surfaces were awesome at first. The only thing you really need to watch out for in the beginning is using improper utensils on the surface. I made the mistake of using some metal utensils and the non-stick coating scratched where these utensils were used. Fast forward 2.5 years and those same scratches now look as if they almost getting rusty. I like that the set is all inclusive. It's perfect for someone moving into their first home/apartment, or a college student who loves to bake. You've got the muffin tin, cookie sheet, and cake pans all covered. The pans cleans easily and as long as you don't burn something onto them like crazy, you shouldn't have too many issues with sticking. Like I mentioned before, definitely use the proper (plastic, silicone or rubber) utensils on these pans. They do tend to scratch easily if you're using metal and those scratches will develop rust (or something resembling rust) over time. I have noticed that over the course of 2.5 years, the surfaces have begun to dull and the non-stick is not as effective as it once was. I think putting the price and what you get for the money is something to be taken into consideration. If you're looking for bakeware to last a lifetime, this is probably not the set for you. If you're looking for bakeware to get you started and keep you going for a few years, this is a good option!

I have to believe that those who have had trouble with sticking or warping are the outliers. These pans are fantastic. Finish is consistent, they bake evenly, size is perfect for my standard oven but I think all but the cookie sheet would have fit the mini oven I had in my first apartment. Definitely worth the price. Nothing sticks to them. I made quiche muffins with stuffing and chicken. Didn't use paper cups, didn't coat the pans at all, and they slid right out. As for claims that the nonstick comes off, you have to use the proper tools on nonstick items. You have to be gentle. Rinse them right away. Never use any abrasive cleaning surface, and you shouldn't have a problem. I'm incredibly hard on my cooking tools...a steel cookie sheet from the grocery store is lucky if it lives a month before I've warped it and coated it in stuff that won't come off...and the cookie sheet from this set has been used five times and still looks brand new.

1st - Caphalon is excellent quality. I don't ever remember baking a cake b4, but the first time it was perfect. the cakes slid out easily. I made another a few days later since my roomate loved it, and was told to make a red velvet next time (I'll try). The cookie pan is great for homemade potato chips (just put a thin layer of oil and cook on 350 - flip after 15-20 min to desired crispness) as well as biscuits and rolls. The deeper cook pan has been fantastic for low fat specialty burgers, pork chops and even a few steaks cooked real slow.The meatloaf pan hasn't been used yet, but meatloaf is planned for this week. The muffin pan is also on the list in the next couple days. I have blue berry mix, but I want to make chocolate brownie muffins first. I use one or more of these almost every day that I cook. Clean up is rarely more than rinsing with warm water and wiping dry with a paper towel.

Could not wait to receive these items. Baking pans from past were bent, scratched & each time they were used my products fell apart while attempting to remove item from old pans. Tickled pink with these Calphalon pans as they are nicely "reinforced". There is a rolled "seam" around the top of each pan! A nice selection makes the set of six pans: cookie sheet, muffin/cupcake pan for 12, a nice sized rectangle pan, loaf pan (again nicely sized), & 2 8 inch cake pans. I love the 8 inch cake pans as m family has declined in number & my 9 & 10 inch pans were just too large for a family cake. The 8 inch pans are perfect. Best of all: NOTHING STICKS ANYMORE! Wonderful to know after the item is finished it just slides out of the pan nicely intact. The overall quality of this pan set is quite nice. There is a very nice weight to each individual pan, colored a bit darker than what I've used in the past, but that allows for quicker cooking without burning. I would strongly recommend these pans to any homemaker.
