I’m retired now and I adopted a 14-year-old miniature dachshund who has lost her hearing back in October. I can’t tell you how much I love this dog. This was the food she was eating while she was being fostered. The vet I took her to at Banfield told me that if she likes it, it was a good food. My poor sweetheart, has lost some of her teeth so I soften up the nuggets with hot water before I feed them to her. But I would recommend this food to anyone.

If you have Frenchies or any other dog with a sensitive digestive system, this food is a must! With its limited but high quality ingredients, thia is all I fees my Frenchies!

My older dog developed food allergies and was allergic to so many traditional dog food ingredients. Including Chicken and Rice. This was one of the only truly limited ingredient foods he was not allergic too. I wondered if he would like the taste and if he would stop loosing wait and if his hair would start growing again. I was amazed. All of my 3 dogs love the taste. His hair is long and silky again and his weight is starting to improve. I would recommend this food to anyone whether their dog has allergies or not. The price is also not bad compared to other foods. Especially when I have 2 large and 1 medium dog to feed. The only supplement I give my older dogs is a joint supplement, because it does not contain adequate joint support for senior large dogs.

I love this brand for quality and satisfaction from my dogs when they eat it, but I can buy it for half this price from my local pet supply store. I needed it sent out of state to have since my dogs were going with me on a plane with me and we needed to save room in our luggage.

Our mixed terrier rescue guy is a picky eater that had a rough first year before being brought to the shelter by the authorities. So, we thought that we should may attention to his diet. We have tried other premium brands but for the past six we have stuck with grain free PureVita. It is pricey compared to other brands but the list of ingredients say that it is justified. Our 27# little guy will soon be 10 years old and still romps on his walks like puppy. The vet says he is very healthy. We do supplement his meals with a few steamed vegetables and an ounce or two of poultry. Very rarely do we have to store leftovers.

Great for my frenchie, mix this in with some fresh protein and veggies and she loves it.
