Great game!
This is by far one of the best mystery-in-a-box brands! All of their "cases" are fun and challenging, but not so hard that it becomes a problem. Highly recommend any of the mysteries from ThinkFun!

Fun for the office
You read that right. The office. Every month we have a team bonding meeting. I decided to pick this up for one of of meetings. The price was cheap so there was nothing to lose. We (a team of about 12 staff members) broke up into groups and looked over all the information in the game. Then came together as one large group to bounce ideas and theories off of each other. By the end of our hour long meeting we all felt pretty confident in the answer. Some parts we got correct and others, not so much. Haha But we all had a blast working together to figure it out. Lots of twist and turns. Worth every penny.

Good for first time detectives
We enjoyed the story quite a bit. This is a pretty straight forward case that will be enjoyed by people who are fairly new to these types of games. Easily done solo or with another person or two. Seasoned players will find this case to be easy and will be left wanting a little more. Overall an enjoyable cold case for a couple hours on a quiet night.

Date night
Fun date night activity, this company does a great job with the quality and details of the case. 10/10 for value for the money.

Okay, but needs more variety of evidence
I've done one other kit from ThinkFun and I didn't like this one as much. I would have preferred it to have more additional evidence to use rather that just a whole bunch of interviews. Also, one of the questions was way to hard to answer. We were able to solve all the other questions though fairly easily (4 in total).

Great fun!
We played this game on a family vacation with my in laws and it was a great experience for everyone. We liked it so much that we bought another case!

Another Vote for This One vs Unsolved Case Files Series
Like an earlier reviewer, I have tried the same two of the Unsolved Case Files mysteries (Jane Doe, Jamie Banks) and were disappointed both times. Their logic simply didn't hold up, and my guests and I were frustrated at the end. We then bought a Thinkfun mystery (A Story to Die For) which was MUCH better, but still not perfect. This one - A Pinch of Murder - IS perfect... completely logical and solvable with the clues provided. It's not super hard; our party of five solved it in 1:15, but it was completely enjoyable with no frustration afterwards.

Fun
Fun and cheap. Kept me entertained for hours and I was able to solve it so not too hard not to easy on difficulty.

Fun and easy to play
Really good quality! The clues looked real, the printing material really similar to pilice reports or newspaper / park maps. It was great for a 1-2h activity with a group of friends, so I consider ir low complexity.

Cold Case are our favourite murder mysteries
We played Pinch of Murder before and it was great so we (me and my wife) had high hopes for this one as well. We were not dissapopinted! It's a great mystery with a logical and plausible outcome.
