This is a great product, and I find it works better than other fish fertilizers I've tried.

For the last 4 years, I growing quite a few veggies, greens, and herbs in my basement under LED lighting. Previous to trying the fertilizer, I was using a quality (and expensive) chemical fertilizer for my tomatoes and peppers. As far as I was concerned, all of my plants looked good and were producing well. I was told once that if "It's not broke, don't fix it." I have always questioned, "If you don't know it's broke, how do you know you should fix it?" I read an article about using chemical fertilizers vs. natural for herb, that mentioned chemical fertilizer inhibit the ability of herbs to produce the essential oils necessary for scent and flavor. So, I decided to try the fish and seaweed fertilizer for my herbs in this brand at 7.5 ml. per gallon. Within a month, of using this fertilizer, I couldn't believe the difference in my herbs. When I brushed my hand over my lemon thyme, my hand smelled like lemon!! The scent of all of my herbs was so much more potent than it had ever been. Mind you, most of my pepper and tomato plants are 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 years old. I had noticed a build up of minerals on the tops of the pots and also in the pot bottoms, and I generally flush the soil in every pot at least 3-4 times a year. What I found out is that chemical fertilizers can leave a buildup in the soil. So, I decided to try this fertilizer for my veggie greens, tomatoes and peppers. I have been using this fertilizer for 3-4 weeks, but I am already seeing a huge difference in my plants. All of my plants are developing more lush foliage. Once the fruiting plants start developing flowers, I switch over to the Neptune's Harvest Rose and Flowering Formula which helps them to develop more flowers and larger fruits. As I clean the chemical buildup from the pots and pot bottoms, I am not seeing this buildup again. When I used to flush the soil in the pots, the water that drained out literally looked like a dark coffee color. This isn't happening now either. It will take a bit of time for me to get the chemical buildup flushed from all my plants, but I am looking forward to having healthy and happy tomatoes and peppers for a few more years. Pepper plants, if properly cared for can live and produce for over 5 years. My bush cherry tomatoes have the same life expectancy. I believe this fertilizer will help all of them to live and produce for a few more years. When viewing the pictures, keep in mind all of these plants have been grown indoors for at least 2 years. Some of the pepper plants have been cut back to promote new growth. I hope this review was helpful for you. I will update my review if my opinion changes.

The growth comes in steady and confident, not wild and flimsy. My peppers and greens side-eye the tomatoes like, “When is it our turn?” Now listen… it does have that classic ocean-funk smell when you’re mixing it, but once it hits the soil, it disappears, and the plants act like they’ve been blessed. It’s rich, gentle, and dependable. No harsh burn, no drama, just consistent results and big, joyful garden energy. I keep a gallon on deck like it’s house seasoning.

This Neptune's Harvest concentrate really delivers impressive results - my tomatoes and leafy greens respond quickly with darker, healthier foliage and noticeably better growth. The 18 oz bottle is excellent value since you only need a small amount per gallon, making it very economical for regular feeding. However, the fishy smell is genuinely strong and lingering, so definitely apply it when you won't be spending time near your garden for a while. I also learned the hard way that raccoons love the scent and will dig around freshly fertilized plants, so keep that in mind if you have wildlife in your area.

I got a different brand a few weeks back. It was synthetic chemical garbage. I want my fertilizer to smell like fertilizer. This will have your tomatoes growing roots out of stem looking like it's on steroids. Great stuff!

This is the best fertilizer I have used. I think it works best to apply once blooms are pollinated. My tomatoes got a whole lot bigger once I added this every couple of weeks. Doesn’t smell that great.

Great stuff, I used on hot peppers. Gave them the nutrients needed for great production.

I have Ashitaba plants I have been growing on another liquid fertilizer that comes in a small dropper bottle I have used for many years. I watered them with the Neptunes Harvest in the afternoon. It does not smell as strong as other fish fertilizers I have used in the past. When I got up in the morning and turned on the grow light I was amazed, the Ashitaba had literally sprung up and was noticeably more vertical than it had ever been for months. Literally sprang to life. I would not have believed it if I had not seen it myself, and that was just the first feeding. This stuff is amazing. Update, double WOW my Hoya plant is flowering for the first time in over 40 years! It has flowers forming absolutely everywhere. It is even flowering again from the bud where the first flower formed a couple of weeks ago. The Ashitaba is still much more vigorous/ vertical looking than it was previously. The effect of Neptunes Harvest is like pumping up a flat tire.

This is an excellent product and you won’t be disappointed. My tomatoes grew 11 feet and the yield was crazy!!! I recommend.

Best fertilizer on the market

I love organic fertilizes and one sum arrives. I always purchased probably six or seven different varieties of fertilizers for all my plans from flowering to veggies. A bit stinky but it's OK. I don't mind you use it outside anyway.
