How did I not come across these sooner. I walk 5 days a week for my job & find on many nights that my calf muscles ache & I need to massage the knots out. By taking these I practically eliminate that need. I have even found that half a tablet is enough to take the ache away before it even arises. I always fill the glass with water and chuck in the tablet after (not tried it the other way, but it is suggested to put in last anyway). Easy as. It fizzes and dissolves quickly. As long as you leave it til it clears to a settled look it's fine to drink. I find it a really decent flavour. In fact, it's probably better than the cordials I have as they are always way too strong anyway (what's with everything being quadruple strength now!?). They are ridiculously good value for money too. I don't think I could get cheaper in a shop!

I bought this to help with cramps I was experiencing as a side effect of medication, possibly linked to increased water intake. I’d read that keeping electrolytes topped up might help, and wanted something reasonably priced to try without committing to a huge tub. The taste is pleasant - light blackcurrant flavour that reminds me a bit of squash. It’s not overly sweet, which I personally prefer. Dissolves well in water with no noticeable residue left at the bottom of the cup. I usually add one tablet to around 700ml of water, give it a quick stir, and it’s good to go after a minute or so. In terms of effectiveness, I can’t say I feel dramatically more hydrated, but I do find it easier to drink than plain water, and the cramps I was experiencing have eased, which is what I was hoping for. I’ve been using one a day at home, but the tube packaging makes it easy to take on the go if needed. The lid can be a bit fiddly to open sometimes, although that may partly be down to me having long nails rather than an issue with the tube itself! Overall, I think these are good value and a handy option if you struggle to drink plain water or want a simple way to add electrolytes without anything too overly sweet.

What to say, exactly as described and I was pleased the blackcurrant flavour is quite nice. Taste a bit like blackcurrant flavour squash, but significantly less sweet. A bit as if you put the tiniest drop of it in the water. This is excellent if you have diabetes and you’ve been running high blood sugars and cannot stop drinking. It breaks that cycle and it relieves that thirst. I also drink these when I need more liquids but want something nicier than water. It mixes well and it does not leave a patina on top of the water as some do. It has a little of fizz but it doesn’t feel sparkly, and based on research this has a good amount and balance of electrolytes, so I can’t wait for it to be on offer again! Also it’s generally decent value as one tablet will do 750ml or up to a L so great! - you can put 1 tab in 400-500ml too if you want a more concentrated flavour too. Would recommend

OMG I LOVE THESE. 😍 I have now tried, Berry, Blackcurrant & tropical & they’re all delicious. I add to water but they are absolutely delicious & so refreshing in a glass of LEMONADE. When I need a quick boost or I want something refreshing I have them in lemonade. I love these, they definitely give you a boost, my body thanks me when I have them & if I miss one I know cos I get bad craving that’s usually when the lemonade comes out haha. I would recommend these to everyone. They are also amazing at relieving headaches, I had a bad one a few days ago so downed a glass of lemonade with one of these & it went instantly.

The tablets themselves work well for hydration and dissolve properly, just like the other flavours in the range. Personally though, the Blackcurrant flavour wasn’t my favourite compared to some of the others available. It’s still drinkable, just not one I’d rush to buy again. That said, the product itself still does what it’s supposed to do and is a good sugar-free hydration option overall.

These don't taste salty. I've tried all the flavours and they're all pleasant.
