Really first rate acoustic album. I was a big fan of this version of the Michael or McAuley Schenker Group! The vocals are solid, I thought Robin McAuley was the best vocalist Michael ever worked with. The songs are well written, & Michael Schenker is one of the greatest guitar players in the world. I highly recommend this album to anyone who likes a good acoustic album!

Great sounding acoustic versions!

I have been a UFO fan since the begining. Followed Michael around with his other bands, all good. Robin is a great fit with Schenker on accoustic guitar. A nice change from most of the metal/rock music I listen to.

Anybody that loves Metal could get into these guys. I mean Micheal Schenker rocks! All the groups he has played with, Scorpions and UFO. Robin Mcauley has a great voice and he gives it his all. Anybody that likes them already will love them even more. They only have three Studio albums, so this one just makes it all Unplugged Live sweeter. Then they broke up what a shame but they were amazing!

Never being a big acoustic Schenker fan, this is a pretty fine re-issue. It also contains the "Nightmare'' acoustic ep. Michael is a monster on the acoustic guitar which is enjoyable, but the new songs are a bit weak. Even though I wasn't a big fan of the 'McAuley' era, he really sings his butt off here. Schenker's career started to go a bit out of control around this time, and lately he has come back around put out some really strong releases as of late. This collection isn't essential, but a nice diversion from the "classic" electric MSG era.

If you're a fan of MSG, especially the McAuley-Schenker line-up, or if you simply like acoustic rock music (Sounds like a contradiction in terms, doesn't it? well, let's just call it "unplugged") you need to hear this. You're in for one of the biggest surprises of your life. The songs sound even fresher and more vital than the original studio, "plugged-in" versions. It will not disappoint.

Mcauley and Schenker, not a big fan of accoustic albums but this is a fantastic live album Schenkers playing is on top form and Mcauleys voice is outstanding, another one for the collectors.
