Used this one and had no effect on strength and power. Then used green cure one and had good results. This one is useless.

I stumbled upon Nirvasa Shilajit one day as I was looking for energy supplements/ muscle repair supplements/ or just overall supplements beneficial for health. It is nothing short of amazing. I take just over a pea-sized ball in the morning and then another smaller serving in the afternoon. I've been struggling with fatigue. I'm a very active person and eat healthy, but the energy just wasn't there. I'd crash a lot of the time in the afternoon. So I started taking Shilajit, and within a month boom! I experienced an awesome wave of energy and just felt amazing overall.

So first off, this is my first Shilajit. I'm a young guy who does various exercises, combat & cardio. Before this, I took another supplement which also consisted of Shilajit but in a tablet. Supposedly, Shilajit in tab form isn't good & works best in resin. So naturally, I wanted to give it a try a resin. The market value of pure shilajit is expensive, a kilo for almost ₹100000 , so when I saw Nirvasa selling in a very reasonable price compared to it's competition, I immediately bought it. Mind you, this is my first time using it. It's been a month today, & I have better sleep, better muscle recovery & more energy & strength, my testosterone is a bit higher as well as libido. Now, this is not pure Shilajit, yes you heard it. It's not. No way they sell pure shilajit in such cheap prices. So if 60-70% pure shilajit gives such results, imagine a purer form. I think it's the elixir of life & especially suited for winters. This 20gm will almost last 45-50 days, I took it with water. And the smell as people exaggerate is not that bad, just natural stuff. Good luck using it. Nirvasa is a good company & I trust it here on.

It's work better than other in cheapest rate like kapiva nd more !! I had used before nd now also !! Excellent (but please don't take it in much quantity) 👌👌💯
