Will this harm the bees and other pollinators?

No. It is mostly natural. My plants are full of bees about 10 minutes after I spray and it dries. Actually I’ve had more bees this year than the previous two years

No chemicals. Peppermint and garlic oil and eggs. You can view the ingredient list on one of the pictures that accompanies the listing.

Can I use this when it's very cold outside?

I only use in the summer to protect my rose bushes, hostas and lillies. It’s the only product that I found that works. I don’t know why it wouldn’t work in the cold

Will this keep cats away from digging in flower beds outdoors

Not sure about that. it might deter them. It will stop the deer from eating your garden if used properly!
