Meine Psychologin hat mir das Burn After Writing Buch empfohlen, um vieles über sich selbst zu lernen und innere Konflikte zu lösen. Es funktioniert super! Das Buch ist nicht oberflächlich, sondern tiefgründig. Besser, als die Deutsche Version! Man setzt sich auch relativ lange mit dem Buch auseinander, weil man sich selber wirklich ehrlich ist. Es hat mir deutlich geholfen!
