Works very well to ease the anxiety everyone goes through once in a while. Unlike some prescription meds, you can start and stop without weaning off. Use as directed, and ALWAYS check with your doctor before starting this or any supplement regimen.

I ordered this herb for my son who has a serious anxiety problem but doesnt want to take controlled items for it. It sounded so good on the review I thought for sure it would help him. I received it yesterday morning around 10 not exactly sure of time. I had eaten breakfast and decided to try one of the capsules just to see if it would make me feel calm. About 30 minutes after taking it, I began to feel a tiny bit nauseated. After about an hour my stomach started cramping badly and I felt as tho I might have diarrhea. In another 30 minutes I started throwing up what little I had eaten that morning. This all progressed until I was as sick as I ever remember being with severe stomach cramps, throwing up and diarrhea. I took Kaopectate, Imodium, Gas-X in and out of the bathroom and in bed wondering when and if I would get better. I was too ill to go to the doctor. It was like a bad dream as I was just out of action, waiting. At 2:00 this morning things eased up a bit and I slept off and on, still in pain, until morning light. I have been in bed all day unable to eat just drinking water. I read the items in the Calm and none seemed something you should be careful taking, so I’m left wondering about what in the capsule caused me to be ill. I cannot tolerate dairy products which can make me pretty ill if they are not Lactose free but i saw no indication of this in Calm. I certainly wont risk giving it to my son. Hopefully you will refund my money if I return the product. Personally, I think you should check the rest of the capsules as something might have gotten in them that shouldn't be there. Has anyone else had a reaction of this type after taking the capsules. Will be waiting to hear from you.

I liked the product very much, it really worked for me to give me a sense of over-all calm. I wanted to try something natural before I went to pharmaceuticals. I took away 1 star, as the 2nd bottle I purchased, the seal was entirely broken off. Because these are capsules, I was afraid the capsules *may* have been tampered with. The seller doesn't offer refunds, but I called Amazon, and as usual, their customer service was GREAT! They gave me a gift card credit, so I could try again, and reordered another bottle of the Calm Supplements. Great product, worked for "me". Everyone's body is different. I think they're worth a try. To the seller, please double check the packaging and make sure the seal under the cap, is sealed on tightly since you don't offer refunds. I'm more than satisfied that AMAZON gave me a Amazon gift credit, so I could reorder another bottle of Ready Calm!!

I never write reviews but I felt I had to for these cause they've brought me so much needed relief. My psychiatrist prescribed me zoloft and xanax for horrible anxiety thats mostly social-family related. I am taking xanax on an as needed basis but wanted something else more natural I could take in place of zoloft cause all the side effects worried me. I never took the zoloft so I cant compare but I cant even believe how well these redi-calm work. I may not even refill my xanax because I think these work better. I was only taking one redi-calm on an as needed basis and after 45 minutes to an hour they have totally washed away an oncoming anxiety attack triggered by my con-artist mother that would normally have tipped me into a tailspin of histericalness and sleeplessness for days. So now ive started taking one every day and find myself able to handle little things that would normally enrage me much better. Then I take another one if I get triggered badly and need to wash it away. I also used to sometimes wake up in the middle of night panicked about dealing with family things that Id fixate on and lose sleep for days. I woke up like that the other day and took one of these and I was out dead asleep fast and woke up feeling so rested. Only downside is they are kinda expensive.

This really works! It provides relief quickly and has lasting calm affects. Best supplement product that's eases anxiety. It even works better than RX - no ups & downs - of returning anxeity no, a steady calmness. I felt calm even in stressful situations. If youre up in middle of night with panic attack desperately searching for an OTC that works -- this one might be for you too! I did my research and understand how this product works & compared with others its more scientifically tested and only one I found w clinical trial. Worked the first time for me while experiencing anxiety. I continue to take and have found an even-calmnes.
