HP USB Slim Business Keyboard

After being directed to take my company-issued laptop and work from home, I soon realized I needed a cheap keyboard for ergonomic purposes. The company's caveat is that I'm not allowed to plug in any peripherals that have additional ports/inputs. This keyboard fit the bill: positive reviews, inexpensive, wired USB, no additional ports. It arrived sooner than expected and worked right out of the box. I really enjoy its low, quiet keys (I'm a loud typer), slim profile, and the fact that I now have a number keypad. For those that care, the keys do NOT light up (I don't need them to as I type without looking at my fingers). Once I'm allowed to return to the office, I may connect this keyboard to my personal laptop - so far I like it that much.

I love this keyboard and so does everyone around me! Especially when I have to WFH. I normally use a wireless Logitech keyboard which has always served me well, but I get a lot of comments about how I type so loudly. True, I’m a loud typer, but you wouldn’t know it with this HP Slim keyboard! It has all the functions of any keyboard. The spacing of keys is on point. And it’s QUIET! It was immediate plug and play, so it works instantly once plugged in by USB port. It’s definitely not a fancy ergonomic keyboard, so if you’re looking for that you won’t find it here, but again, it functions like a great keyboard and I think it’s a great investment for myself.

Works. Actually not a bad keyboard. The keys seem a little small and he spacing seems a tight, but my hands are a little bigger and it’s not terrible. I can easily type—it jus feels a little awkward. This keyboard would definitely be ok as a travel or backup keyboard. I wouldn’t want to use it for everyday work, though. The keys are a little click-y so it’s also little louder than I’d like. Bottom line: Would buy again if I needed another inexpensive keyboard. Would recommend if you need an extra keyboard and especially if you can get it from Amazon warehouse at a discount.

Compact and quiet and very comfortable to type on, only problem with it is I keep hitting the Caps Lock key unintentionally all the time hahaha My company buys these and I use them all the time at work, that's why I chose it, I had a chance to use it for a long time before I bought it. Would definitely buy again.

Great keyboard. Not huge, but not tiny. Standard keyboard. Plug and play easy. Functions well. Keys are quiet even for people who tend to bang hard on the keyboard.

I like the low profile keys on this and it replaced the same model, work-issued keyboard that now requires detailed cleaning *under* the keys after years of wfh use and a couple of recent spills. I got this at a decent price from Amazon and once received, it helped ease my distraction/annoyance with the former keyboard. So fresh & so clean - no more sticky keys! It's not tiktok/instagram cute and it's nothing fancy but if you like low profile keyboard keys and a slim keyboard, this works.

Definitely a fine keyboard, gets the job done while looking clean. It's relatively slim and has a good feel for it when in use. HOWEVER, while the keys look like they have a short travel distance, they do not and constantly get stuck and are "difficult" to press. I use a Mac for my personal computer, and I looked to use this keyboard at work to mimic the feel of the Mac's keyboard and it is far off. I think there could be better options at this price point.

Works well, does the job. Using with an old HP laptop.

Got this keyboard for working at home because it is the same one as the one at work. But it is a minimalistic, modern slim keyboard that works well. Can type fast and not too noisy. Works great

The keyboard did not match the pictures and they would reimburse me if I sent it back. Which was basically the cost of the keyboard.
