can this pen come with an extra fine nib or just a fine nib?

This particular pen is a medium nib, which is close to a western fine. If you want an xf, there is a fine that is sold an that is close to a western xf. Pilot does additionally make an xf nib (wester xxf) but I don't know that it is available on this pen without outfitting in custom yourself.

What comes with this pen?

It comes in a Pilot box and a cartridge with black ink is included.

Does this pen- include the converter?

No, the older version of the Prera (with the solid color body) does not include a converter, although it does ship with one Pilot ink cartridge. You can order a converter separately and both the Pilot CON-20 and CON-50 converters will work in this pen. The newer Pilot Prera pens (these are the clear demonstrator versions) do ship with a CON-50.

Are these supposed to come in bags? I usually get them in boxes.
