Not sure if it’s this or Terra Origin’s menopause supplements I’m taking. I’ve lost 10lbs in the last two weeks! Either way I am happy with their products. Most fat burners I’ve tried hurt my tummy but this one doesn’t.

It is impossible to use. A huge amount of caffeine makes my heart beat faster and I feel bad. Even though I am hypotonic and a certain dose is even good for me.

I advise to read the recommendation to take before your workout, not while just sitting at a desk! The first day I took it I didn't read because the print is so tiny. I knew to take 2 but didn't read the recommendation- which is preferably before workout. I took 2 mid morning and thought I was going to climb the wall or jump out of my skin. I had so much energy I couldn't sit still. I was hot, but also cold with chills. My face turned so red! My heart was racing but it wasn't a bad feeling but I could tell I had definitely taken something that contained a lot of stuff that is supposed to give you energy. It did curb my appetite. I had trouble sleeping the first night. I will not take it like this again. The next day I took it at 4:30am before my workout and it didn't affect me this way. I had a great workout and had energy throughout the day. Hopefully it's "burning fat" but I'd Def recommend even if it's for the energy boost.

Supplements are so difficult to review because it often takes time for the promised results to show. Taking supplements is an exercise in optimism. Can’t help but notice that these will work with “moderate diet and exercise”. I do eat moderately & exercise daily but following an injury I gained weight and have now lost all but the stubborn last 4 lbs. Hopefully, this “fat burner” will stimulate my metabolism into letting those last 4 lbs. finally go. Because this is not going to happen overnight I am leaving a 3 star review until I do get the results I’m looking for and this product purports to deliver.

I've been taking this every morning for the last 2 weeks. I've lost a couple of pounds and I haven't done anything differently. Eating the same and probably working out less than I normally do. This does help me get rid of brain fog in the morning as well since it has a little natural caffeine in it. Overall, I'm pretty impressed with this supplement and will continue to take it.
