Is this thick like brown sugar? Can you pack it into a measuring cup?

No. It’s more like granulated sugar but it’s brown colored. I like the flavor of this brown better than the white. I use it in my tea etc

Yes! Lakanto monkfruit sweeteners are delicious. This golden Monkfruit is used in place of typical brown sugar. Please know it is more granular and less moist than typical brown sugar but it works fine.

Why does this say celtic sea salt?

I would imagine that the sea salt is coming from Ireland as it says celtic.

How long will this stay fresh?

I would imagine a very long time as long as it is sealed against moisture. I have a 3lb bag that is still fine even though I likely opened it a year ago.
