New York Times Bestseller! The New York Times bestselling creators of Nom Nom Paleo are back with a new collection of internationally-inspired, umami-packed dishes--including a host of keto-friendly, Whole30-compatible, and plant-based recipes. A visual feast of step-by-step photos, fun cartoons, and offbeat humor, Let's Go! will have you running into the kitchen and ready to cook! Michelle Tam and Henry Fong know that the healthiest meal is the one you make yourself, so they're all about getting you off your butts and into the kitchen. Whether you're cooking for yourself, whipping up a family dinner, or preparing a special-occasion feast, Nom Nom Paleo: Let's Go! will inspire you with deliciously nourishing meals. Weeknight suppers should be healthy and flavor-packed but also fast and simple. Weekends and celebrations, on the other hand, are the perfect excuse to craft elevated (but easy) crowd-pleasers. This cookbook offers crazy-delicious recipes for all occasions, and every single one is free of grains, gluten, dairy, and refined sugar. Better yet? No one in your family will notice what's missing. As always, Nom Nom Paleo's recipes reflect the diverse cuisines Michelle grew up with and culinary ideas from her travels. Often Asian-inspired, Michelle's unfussy recipes maximize flavor, optimize whole foods, and are presented with photos of each step so they're absolutely foolproof--even for novice cooks! New recipes include: Cantonese Pipa Duck Nom Nom Chili Crisp Bacon Cheeseburger Casserole Chicken Karaage Instant Pot Balsamic Beef Stew Paleo-Friendly Cream Puffs. So what are you waiting for? LET'S GO! Review: Just great, whole food cooking! - I'm a longtime Nom Nom Paleo lover, but I've never followed a purely paleo lifestyle. I've learned so much from Michelle over the years, and this cookbook is a wonderful addition to her library. The recipes that she creates are delicious enough to stand on their own, and definitely don't feel like restrictive diet food. She finds ways to pack flavor into every dish, and get you to eat your veggies (and enjoy them!) in the process. So far, I've made the Sheet-Pan Chicken Broccolini, Crispy Swoodles with Bacon, Cashew "Cheese" Sauce and Bacon Cheeseburger Casserole -- all very delicious and easy to throw together. As in her previous books, the recipes are presented comic book style with copious step-by-step photos. There are also a ton of building block recipes that you can improvise with: sauces, spice mixes, etc. Can't recommend highly enough to cooks of all levels and dietary needs! Review: So good! - Everything about this book is excellent. This cookbook not only gives pictures of every recipe, but every STEP of every recipe! It’s so packed full of delicious food and easy to follow step by step directions. I have started using ingredients I’ve maybe not used or known how to cook with, but with all the detailed instructions and photos I am not afraid to try new things because every single recipe is delish! In a digital world where almost any recipe can be found online I definitely am picky about which cookbooks I actually buy. I have never made a recipe from her blog that wasn’t fantastic and a family pleaser, so I ordered this book and am so glad I did. My husband asked what’s for dinner and I handed him the book and said pick a page- thanks Michelle for continuing to do what you do. Buy this book- you will not be disappointed!!

I love this cookbook.
I have all three of Michelle Tam and Henry Fong’s cookbooks; Let’s Go might be my favorite. To be fair, I haven’t tried any of the recipes yet, since I just got the book and have spent the past few hours ogling the photos of Chinese Barbecue Pork, Japanese Fried Chicken, and gluten-free pot stickers (what?!?). I am currently joyfully building my grocery list knowing that these recipes will offer me what other Nom Nom recipes have provided in the past - nourishment for the body and mind. Healthy ingredients, clear instructions, and a creative format make cooking something I actually look forward to. The Nom Nom cookbook series provides building blocks that I use in different ways throughout my week. For example, I try to always have on hand the All-Purpose Stir-Fry Sauce, Ginger Sesame Sauce, and Bone Broth. With them, I can make the same protein and vegetables taste different and not feel like I need to order takeout because I’m tired of the same food options. Back to Let’s Go: I love how thoughtful Michelle and Henry have been about the reader’s experience with the book. From the copy to the recipes to the photographs and illustrations, Let’s Go is an inspired journey. It is clear that Michelle and Henry poured their hearts into this book. Let’s Go will likely experience the same fate as my other Nom Nom cookbooks - a beautiful showpiece coffee table book with various pages stuck together because of my messy cooking ways. It will be loved and referenced again and again. I look forward to making some of these recipes part of my regular cooking rotation.

Love it so much!
I have been a Nom Nom fan for years. I loved the first book, the second one was very good, but this one blows them out of the park! I know that the more relaxed "comfort food" book came out of the need for us to all have comfort foods during lockdown, but because of this, it had so many wonderful recipes! I am 100% paleo with lots of food allergies, but the rest of my family is not. These recipes are so good that no one even knows they are paleo, and they can add a side of rice if they wish. Easy for me to prepare for the entire family. I am in love with the hand pies and finally a great gluten free won ton recipe! Can't wait to try that one! I got the book three days ago, and have cooked something every night from the book. Great job Michelle, and you need to buy this guys! I have already purchased it for my two grown daughters.

If you are Paleo, good for your library
This is good, but not as good as her first cookbook. It has harder recipes and I didn't like it as much as the first one. Don't get me wrong, it is still very good, but not as good as the first.

So darn cute- and nomalicious!
I came across the first of these NOM NOM Paleo books over two years ago, but was not 'into' Paleo- tried a lot of other 'diets' and they didn't work. After reaching a weight I never thought I'd see (280). Wife and I made the decision- 2024 is Paleo for the long haul. If I have to eliminate Wheat, Sugar, and Dairy, so be it! Finding books at our local overstock ('Good Stuff Cheap!') store, I even got Cordain's books; and another massive Paleo resource by Ballantyne. But after reading those, one major area of cuisine was missing- Asian/California (SoCal guy here!) cuisine- and where was the FUN?. Nothing in Paleo with recipes for food like Egg Foo Young, Fried Rice, etc.? Then I remembered these books! Got all three, and they are just as fun, informative, and exciting in reading the recipes and lusting after food that (hopefully) will TASTE like something, as i remembered from that quick perusal back when!

Excellent cookbook!!
I have all of Michelle Tams books and they're all brilliant but I think this one is my favourite....the pastry recipe is a total game changer, I've been using it to make other paleo pies and honestly the pastry tastes like regular wheat based pastry, but obvs without all the nasties!! The stir fry sauce is delicious, so easy to put together and the mug cakes are 👌....and have the same texture as regular sponge cake. I feel like the UK is slowly catching up and previously harder to find ingredients are easier to source now (ocado is your friend here) If you're a fan of paleo, or just eating good food then this book is for you!

Lomo despegado.
