DEMETER 1 oz Cologne Spray - Dirt

This has been my first last and always favorite scent.

Keeps me smelling like the garden! Others may not like but it smells exactly like dirt/outdoors but not in a bad way.

I was nervous about buying Dirt because some reviewers hated it and I am very picky about the scents I wear. I'm in love, though. As a former melancholy grunge mistress of the 90s, it makes my heart happy. I smell like I just crawled out of my own grave to frolick with my lover in a pile of damp leaves on Halloween night. Seriously, I live in the woods and this is the smell you get when you pull last year's black oak leaves away from damp earth. I'm sure not everyone's vibe but I dig it. 😉

If you have ever gone into the woods and raked back the leaves. That musty, loamy, dirt smell that you find is exactly what this smells like. If you want a spray that smells like that, you found the right scent. I did try it as a cologne, and the scent lasted for several hours. I honestly don’t think I can recommend it as a cologne, because it… smells like…dirt.

I purchased this hoping it would smell exactly like dirt but it does not. My husband found a beard oil that smells exactly like dirt but the company is no longer, so I was trying to find the same scent. This is okay and could be used as a room or bathroom spray. Fragrances are subjective and one person might love this and another not so much, but I would not repurchase. Fragrance lasts about 4-5 hours.
