have to activate battery
cute and my daughter likes it. At first, I thought the lights didn't work. Then I felt by the end of ears (above bulb to squeeze to raise ears) that there was a tab to pull - like when you have to activate an item that has a battery. Pull that tab out (through the fabric) and then press the button to activate lights. You have to do this for each strap to turn on each light.

Works perfect
My lil lady loves her hat everything worked fine....the tabs for the lights were easy to pull through on each side to get the lights working the pumps for the ears to stick up work great! My only issues is that it's a little tight fitting keep having to pull it down but hey less then 20 bucks lol so 🤣 but kiddo approves

The Lights Didn’t Work
After receiving the hat, I realized the lights didn’t work at all. My daughter really loved the design so I kept it for her. But definitely not a quality product, and if my daughter didn’t need it for the same week at camp because of a “crazy hat” theme, I would have returned it. I would not suggest buying it since it’s not a good value for the money. It’s a fun hat, easy to put on, the size did fit my daughter who was 6 at the time, but it didn’t function like it was suppose to.

For the price, it works.
Fits my 6.5 yr old son well. You obviously get what you paid for and for the price the fabric is very thin. I didn't realize that it had air pumps for the ears, so that's a bonus. My son loves the light up sides. They are really fun. I did find it hard at first to figure out how to activate the lights. I found the device but there's no way to open the fabric to locate and pull the plastic tabs. I had to feel with my fingers and then pull the tab which is now loose inside the hat. The lights work on both sides for ours. It has 3 different settings. I don't know how long the battery will last for. The hat is pretty soft.

Very cute .. fun to use.
This has everyone laughing when they see it. It’s really cute and the kids love it. When you squeeze the bottom the ears stand up and it lights up.
