We've been using the grinder for 18 months and during that time it's been great, it gives you a good grind for the price of the unit and it is very quiet. Unfortunately a week ago the unit stopped working and there was a bit of a burning smell from the motor, so it seems like the unit had burnt out. However I sent Shardor a warranty request and within a day everything was sorted out and we had a new unit on the way, which we just received. I'm very happy with how easy it was to get a replacement and many thanks to Mary from Shardor who was so prompt with fulfilling the warranty and having a new unit sent to us. I don't usually leave reviews but I was actually impressed with how quickly Shardor responded and I like the product.

I bought it to grind my coffee beans and I can say it does the job really well. The feature that I like best is the timer so you can set how how fine you want it to be. Also very convenient for spices because of the 2 and 4 blade cups. Update: the timer stopped working after 10 months. it just kept on grinding, the machine wouldn’t stop until you unplug it. But because the product has 2 year manufacturer warranty, I contacted them and they sent me a replacement item right away. (IMPORTANT: you need to register your product with the manufacturer on purchase to activate the 2 year warranty). The customer support was very responsive and the whole interaction was hassle free Rated 4 stars because of the fault in the product after 10months of use

A beautiful design, high quality, well made, sturdy grinder. It is well worth the money, in constant use, the timed graded grind is much appreciated. Having the 2 different types of grinders a great bonus.

It's very good quality grider. I got it for my coffee beans, i love that you can chose how fine your coffee or herbs need to be. I grinded using nr.10 and came up fine enough. If you using grider for first time as me,don't start with big numbers as it can be too powdery Another thing that l loved,that the lid of the grinder locks,so even you let your had off the lid it will not spil coffee all over the counter It comes with two containers. 100% recommend 100%

Absolute garbage. Didn't last long until the grinder worked intermittently then stopped completely. Worked fine up until that point. Unfortunately it's the typical Chinese rubbish sold on amazon

The product works well but does not last, I had two units each lasted less than a year. Not buying it again.

This is an amazing product for my everyday use in the kitchen for grinding spices. However, it did stop working after a couple of weeks so contacted the company's customer service and the sent me a replacement within a few days. Highly recommend this product!

Unfortunately, its basket (coffee grinder) was faulty. The blade holder was not fixed securely. It was wobbly. So, I returned it. However, it could be value for money. For cleaning, it is not so easy because coffee stick to the bottom around the holder plastics, but not too much difficult. Personally, they can make it easier to use for cleaning. Grinding performance was good. No much noise (acceptable)

It's doing a great job, my issue is that there is no other cup as stated on the description and this is my 2nd time buying since the 1st time I returned hoping I will get everything now but nothing I just accepted what I received and not question why the description state 2 cups but I received one cup. Overall, it is doing a better job I'm happy with it.

Deceptive Product Listing – Only ONE Cup Included, Not Two The title of this product is completely misleading. It clearly states "2 Removable Stainless Steel Cups", but the item comes with only ONE. I purchased this grinder expecting two cups — one for coffee and one for spices, as advertised — but was disappointed to find just a single cup in the box. This is false advertising and needs to be corrected immediately. It’s unacceptable for a seller to mislead customers like this. If you’re expecting two cups as stated in the title, don’t be fooled — you’ll only get one. SHARDOR (or the seller), please fix the listing and stop deceiving your customers.

The grinder comes with only one 2-blade cup.
