Appreciate them owning the quality of their product and making it right*I was looking for an all in one solution to keeping the console cool and charging the controllers - the game storage was just a plus. It looks good, and the fan, as far as I can tell, is doing its job. The problem is that I now had to go and buy a separate controller charging station as this one quit charging the controllers in day 2 of owning the product. I would have bought a smaller dock and a separate charging station to begin with if I knew it was that unreliable.

Keeps gaming system cool. Quality good. Lightweight. Compatibility yes. Stability yes. Ease of installation yes. I brought two and they both love it best gift decision.

As someone who’s invested a lot of time into gaming on the PS5, I wanted to make sure my console stays cool during long sessions. I picked up this cooling stand, and after a few weeks of use, I can say it’s a solid addition to my setup.

Item came to me almost a year ago. Been having issues with the charging ports the entirety of the time I've owned this thing! It is unreliable when it comes to charging your controllers and might actually mess up a couple and you might have to go out and buy a couple new ones very not happy about that! Also to top it off after figuring out the charging issue because it's such a piece of work put together that you can't even get into the actual components for the fans whenever they do clog up so it's not even worth the time or the money to even get this thing! And sincere regards thanks for the wasted time
